Are Extender Gains Permanent

I’ve got a penimaster coming in the mail tomorrow, about to start my journey. I wanna know from those who have extended, are the gains permanent. Like if I extend for 6months and drop it for a year how much length will I lose? I’d like to imagine it’s similar to ear stretching where you lose some length after stopping but the deformity will always be there, meaning even if it does shrink you’ll never retract back to original size. Anyway, I’d hate to do this shit for 6months and lose all my length. Lmk please and 🙏🏽 !

Results are permanent. You can ease your worries of losing gains by implementing a maintenance program. Basically just jelq a few times a week.
