Back after a long lay off.

I use to do PE religiously in the past, but my wife asked me to stop because I’m getting too big and I’m starting to hurt her, so I stopped, but I’m back now. No, I’m not back because I lost gains. In fact, unless I’m mistaken, I might actually have gained some girth (don’t ask me how though) and maybe a little length. I don’t want to measure because I don’t want to get discouraged. I will measure once I think I might have gained. Besides, I never measure girth. Only length.
I’ve started with manuals. Warm up until ligs are nice and rubbery, then I start my stretches with constant heat and then jelq and finish off with a nice edging session and warm down with a bath. Its a routine that has worked well for me in the past and I’ve seen great results with it so I will continue with that, only adding to the time I stretch or the amount of jelq’s I do. I might do a few squeezes if I feel start to see something. But I’m not too interested in gaining girth. I first want to work on my length. I gain girth easily enough.
Any advice on what to try for faster results would be really appreciated. I gain really fast so if you have theories I can test them out for you. I have a condition where all my ligaments stretch easily and I can dislocate all my limbs without pain. And that the reason for my crazy gains. Its a blessing and curse I guess. So please. Throw some ideas my way. I’m aiming for 9 inches for now. So not too long to go.
And if you’re wondering what about my wife, well, we don’t have sex life any more because she has some serious medical conditions. So no sex, no say on what I do with my member. Plus I have to take my sexual frustration out on something. And since I can’t take it out on her, and taking it out on my french friend (female friend) would be cheating although she is seriously hot, I’ll take it out on PE.
