Slept 9 hours makes a big difference. Head swell was robust, good tissue healing. Glans position well further forward in the cradle compared to previous noose so hard to assess where we are by comparison. Tension increase during cool down with removing the pad was insane. Good session. With the current setup I can handle 72-84 half turns of tension and that’s it. I am giving myself till 6/26 and then I’m calling it. My stamina for continuing is waning and I want to move onto other things. What ever we get we get.

Haven’t decided what I’m doing for maintenance. For sure I’m going to do that short daily VED protocol but not sure about incorporating some maintenance traction we’ll see.

A month ago I sprained my left hamstring and last week Friday I sprained my right hamstring. So I’m just going to do short runs for a while till the right one heals.
