This was not an easy session, however compared to last week we were able to get the whole duration without having to resort to manual stretching for the cooldown so a little better. Planning on wrapping this up in the next 3 weeks and getting final measurements and documentation starting late next week. I need to allow some time to make sure I get it.

So the tug back response occurred today. At 100 half turns we had lost forward position in the cradle and the tension seemed high so I did not push it. Looking at the log we have seen it go this way. Still this is the highest tension we have achieved in the case of a tug back so IMO another positive that we are gaining on this. Glans condition at the end was very good.

One thing about the heated stretching. the flaccid hang is always improved and in particular in the morning when I wake it always looks impressive to me and that has never been the case before.

I thought yesterday the 114 half turns might have been a fluke but apparently not. Towards the end of next week I want to start getting the measurements and a picture verification for future reference. Still thinking 2 weeks and done and we’ll go to maintenance and exploring the VED. Right now for maintenance I’m thinking 3 times on the extender followed by 20 minutes in the pump but we’ll see. Today I experimented with increasing the tension at a faster rate and it did not work out. I did 8 half turns every 2.5 minutes instead of 7 and that rate was faster than the rate of stress relaxation so was not able to get to max tension for the session. I thought that interesting. Tension buildup during cooldown was appreciable. Fortunately glans condition seems okay at the sessions end. Still 104 half turns is pretty good.
