So was able to get back on track today and get to the max 114 half turns with some difficulty. Glans position in the cradle was decent, perceived tension was modestly high but proved tolerable. Glans condition at the end was decent.

Ok so no more fucking around. Next week we will repeat the previous weeks schedule and get measurements and picture documentation and move towards maintenance the following week.

Still not sure about the maintenance protocol, but do want to keep the extender in play for a time to solidify the current levels and will reintroduce the pump probably 3 times per week. At some point though I definitely want to explore just using the pump defintely below the level of the donut formation. I am unsure about the use of the pump but want to give it an unbiased effort. There’s just too much clinical information with large enough sample size, reporting positive outcomes to not think that there is at least some preventative benefit, but we’ll see.

Okay so this went great. The glans condition remained robust throughout the session. There was little difficulty getting to 114 half turns. Glans condition at the end of the session was excellent. The only thing is I think we could gain some forward position in the cradle. I just have to stick with this progression and take measurements and picture verification towards the end of the week.

Heat tolerance was poor, everything else was ok. Going a couple more weeks will start incorporating pumping.

I think i want to track length in the tube and how much length is packed, One thing I noticed is how you hold the position of the tube effects the observed length, I guess it just depends how precise you need to be. The amount packed is unaffected by position.

Will stick with 20 minutes for a good while to avoid the donut effect.

So I had a guest crash and did not grab the heat source so todays session was without heat. Also I had been distracted and could not remember if I added tension at 17.5 minutes so I added at 45 minutes to be sure. The session went surprisingly well without the heat, no doubt from yesterdays session. I do find that the stretching followed by the pumping does reduce EQ for the day. something to explore when going to maintenance. Tension overall felt reduced today, there was better forward position in the cradle and glans condition seemed robust. Really looking to wrap this campaign up next week. Only went to 100 half turns today and tried to get a picture confirmation, but failed. Afterwards I practiced holding the phone differently and I think I have it down so should get it next week.
