Not doing anything more until 7/5, but one thing I want to note. For the 2 days prior to yesterdays session which showed the best accommodation so far on this campaign, we used the VED at the end of the extender sessions. The use of the VED at least for just a few uses did not inhibit progress in the length. Now this is very small data points, but something I do want to keep an eye on.

One other thing, kyrpa et al found that they had increases in strain for I think it was in the 4-6 week cycle with a given max load. So it seems to me that having gotten to the max 107 turns of this campaign, there might be additional accommodation, for up to 4-6 weeks at this max load for this extender length. So my thinking is to continue with the campaign for 4-6 weeks at 107% to fully realize any still available accommodation at this load, while adding the VED to the program.

I do not know exactly how to incorporate the VED for best effect during these 4-6 weeks. Maybe just 3 times per week while increasing the time or after each extender session for a shorter period of time?. The one thing I think I will do is keep it at 4hg as that seems to be well tolerated and I don’t want to have too many variables in the equation.

If anyone has any thoughts on this I would welcome this.

Not too bad first day back. Wasn’t ready for 100% for the duration but went ok. Keep gaining length in the tube. Right now thinking towards 3 sessions per week given my schedule, but we’ll see.

I just came back from the Caribbean. I did not go alone and so had to behave. Yes VED = Vacuum Erectile Device or Penis pump. Struggled with the attachment today and at 22.5 minutes decided to not risk injury and shut it down. Adding a minute to the pump while keeping it at 4hg seems to be well tolerated and we are gaining length in the pump and the amount that we are packing. Most of the literature supports that low hg usage results in positive EQ, so I’m inclined to think it is a healthy thing to do and to explore the concept of closing the gap between gains in BPFSL and BPEL. I’m inclined towards low HG and longer infrequent sessions for now until I transition towards maintenance with the extender in 4-6 weeks.

Looking at the log I thought it smart to stay at 93% and get the duration and build back up. I noticed that there was some slipping during the tension ramp up so I’ll be changing out the noose, which will complicate things for a week or so regarding the appropriate tension levels. Clearly lost some ground during the time off, there just wasn’t any time to consolidate that progress. Should only take a few 2-3 weeks from here if I’m patient.

Not that I have the experience to know but the VED progression seems to be going well.

The New noose provided a much more robust attachment and at the reset the tip of the glans was well ahead of the end of the extender. Kept it at 86 half turns to make sure we got the duration.

Yesterday was the first time of intimacy with a more robust use of the pump and the EQ was a bit shocking. She said: ” what the hell just happened”. FWIW

Usually the second day of the week after a day or 2 off I get a little bit of tug back. Today that did not happen but decided to play it safe and not push the tension any further. Heat tolerance was not as good today so went to low at 37.5 minutes. No need to rush it now as I have under Labor day weekend after which I’ve got other things going on and will have to switch to maintenance, but for now I can proceed in a relaxed manner.

Also back on track with the summer cut. As the traverse abdominis shows more and more further down towards the insertion so does the fat pad diminish more and more. Got to get that done!!!

The new noose is working out much better at establishing a more robust attachment. Based on the record I should probably change it out monthly. Could have gone for more tension but exerted discipline instead to be sure to secure the full session at 93%. Heat tolerance was better today. Seeing the end point here has me in a more relaxed, casual posture now. I know the only set back will be rushing it. This campaign is taking a little longer than I wanted but it is what it is and mostly of my own doing.

Used 8 half turns today to get to 96% at 32.5 minutes. Tension was a bit high at the end but it went well. That rate of tension increase is a little too fast to take full take advantage of the stress relaxation that a slower rate allows, but the accommodation it is almost there. I am interested in shortening the overall duration of the extender portion of this experiment as the accommodation permits. New noose continues to work great. The 1 minute increase in duration on the pump sessions are very well tolerated and we continue to increase the length that we are packing in the pump.

I would note that the base girth probably does not allow for a full seat into the pump but for what I’m going for right now this will work out for a good long bit. At some point I imagine a 2-1/8” cylinder would be needed and as I’m not looking to gain girth that would be as wide a tube as would be needed and would allow for fuller seat of the shaft.

Got to credit gprent and 32quarters for their guidance on the pump use as that has really shortened the learning curve.

Also titleist though he hasn’t been around, who specifically reached out to me to encourage pump use, when he saw that my extender progress had slowed.

So got to max tension at 35 minutes using the 8 half turn progression, it worked but but the perceived tension was a little high. Tension at the end seemed high. Heat tolerance was rough. But the glans condition was fine in the end. AND we did get to 104% with the new noose and a faster progression so that for sure was an accommodation. Also there has been more frequent use of the pump and this has not shown any interference with the traction progress.

Got distracted and stayed in the pump a minute longer than planned. I think with keeping it ~ 4hg the increase in time is well tolerated, but I really want to keep upping it by only a minute and am inclined to cap it at 20 minutes for now. I am for sure curious about how the packing and length gains in the tube will go.

Will be out of town for the next few days which should include some fun so that’s it till Monday. Given there will be a lay off I will again restart with a lighter traction protocol and build back up. I’m expecting it to go pretty quick and then give it a couple weeks for accommodation at max tension and get that picture documentation of the progress of this campaign.

Reviewing the log it is very hard to argue against 5-6 days in a row, resulting in incremental accommodation.
