10 minutes manual stretching during cooldown

New noose created an issue. The new noose is much stiffer and held the glans in a more forward position and so at 70% it created too much tension particularly on the Glans. I was not paying attention but at that point, I did not like what I saw and instead of risking injury, I discontinued the session and did 10 minutes of manual stretching during the cooldown.

We’ll see tomorrow I may need to back off the tension given the new noose.

No question the new noose is creating some challenges. Because of the stiffness of the new noose the glans is being secured in a considerably more forward position which is creating greater tension in the system. Yesterday we failed trying to get to 77% whereas today we did get it, however we are for sure at the limit of what can be tolerated. That we were able to get 57.5 minutes IMO is a positive.

I think given that realization, tomorrow I’ll reduce the rate of increase back to 6% every 2.5 minutes and see how that goes. Probably not a variable I should have changed anyway.

Heat tolerance not as good today, glans condition good at the end.

My records do indicate that I had changed out the noose some 6 weeks ago however I also do recall a time when I may have mixed up the nooses at the end of a session not so long ago. Perhaps user error, but not for sure.

This probably adds a couple weeks to the campaign.

Today was an unmitigated disaster. Purely user error. Admittedly I was half asleep when executing today. I did notice that the glans tissues were oily and I should have stopped there, but I didn’t. I have been using a lightening oil on the darkening caused by the contact burn and I suspect that was the culprit.

Anyway I could not get a good hold during the attachment and it wound up being twisted and by the 22.5 minute mark things were not working out. I stopped and took a quick shower and I could grab the tissues well but the glans tissues were now compromised. So just reattached and did a little low tension stretch with the thermedic IR pad.

We’ll try to do better tomorrow, but truth be told feels like I lost a week here.

Given the difficulties of this past week it was good to end on a positive note. Today I showered before the session and lathered up really good to get the oils off the skin. I did grab a little extra skin at the attachment which is not comfortable however the head swell was so pronounce I decided to go with it.

84% is a robust tension so we’ll see if we bump up at the end of next week or if we give it extra time, I was just happy to get there at all given the difficulties of the week. Went back to the faster progression of 7 half turns every 2.5 minutes and that was well tolerated. glans condition surprisingly good at the end.

Well we were able to hit 84% for the duration once again, we’ll have to see how things go the next couple of days. There’s no question in my mind that installing the new noose increased the tension, my expectation is that it should take an extra week at 84%, but we’ll see toward the end of the week. That we’re back to 84% with the noose addition is constructive in my opinion. Heat tolerance was lower as is usual after a day off. Glans condition at end was fair but no injury to the tissues.

Last night EQ was through the roof, talk about filling up a pussy.

Well this went better than yesterday, which is very good news because typically I get a tug back here. Right now it’s looking like this is done inside of 30 days and we’ll get a measurement and see if we made any progress or if this is done for me, in terms of length.

Today there was attachment issues. Couldn’t get the attachment right and the head swell was weak. Maybe a lack of sleep and hydration. Also I showered last night and skipped washing up this morning so the tissues were a bit slippery. Still we got to 51.5 but then I felt a little slippage so discontinued to avoid injury and finished with 10 minutes manual stretching during the cooldown. Fortunately the glans condition at the end was fine. All I can say is. Don’t cut corners. Damn certain now we’re waiting till next Thursday to up the tension.

Well that went unexpectedly well. Glans condition was robust with excellent head swell from the get go. Tension was a tad rough initially but the tissues quickly relaxed. Tension was not materially pronounced at the end. Temperature tolerance was good. Thinking 3-4 weeks and we’re done and we’ll see if we accomplished anything with this campaign.

EQ was great last night once again and I’m wondering if that helped the glans condition. This makes me wonder if using the VED post stretching might facilitate glans recovery and might be a good protocol. But I’d also like to experience the effect of the VED alone and it’s impact on EQ. Some things to explore.
