I’m 57, as far as when feedback started, I don’t remember I would literally have to go over the log to see when that happened. There’s been a lot more in use feedback, that I have not disclosed, not all of it good, which I’ve discussed privately with members here, who have walked that path before me.

Not sure where you’re going with the question, but there are finite limits before challenges present.

got to max tension in 10 minutes.

Pretty nice ramp up since the break. Could have gone longer but I felt the tissues at the point of attachment would have gotten beat up too much.

I am noticing a pattern on the multiple session days that an initial high tension session followed by low tension sessions for duration, lead to better accommodation. We have talked about that before, about how battering the tissues with multiple high tension sessions leads to tug back, but it’s one thing to talk about it and quite another to actually work it out.

I’d really like to have a formula worked out, but the chaos of life, hasn’t allowed me that precision.

So got the duration back up at max tension, pretty quickly after the break, so happy about that. Been thinking to focus on daily high tension sessions for an hour and three times a week do additional hour sessions at low tension. That would probably be less than what I can do, but that discipline might keep me from going over into the tug back territory.

Honing in on the sweet spot.
