Given yesterday’s robust session I was concerned about tug back, but the first session went well and the second session went great - a new milestone. We will see the effects tomorrow.
Not to get ahead of myself as I will keep the same protocols till I hit the short term goal, thinking by mid January. But that said my view has shifted as a commitment towards the long run and my thoughts have been considering the time commitment. I want this tucked in. As much as anything, I have other goals and I need a nice tight portfolio of time allotment for these thing to be realized.
The first session of the day is easy. I’m grabbing a coffee and catching up on emails and the like, so that first hour is not so much of an additional time commitment truth be told. In addition to that though I do feel to that there needs to be days where there are multiple sessions, so given a review of the record and what we seem to need for progress, while avoiding triggering tug back, I’m going to target ~ 10 sessions a week trying to favor duration approaching an hour each.
Subject to revision of course but that’s going to be the plan at least for the next round of ~ 88 days starting in January and we’ll see if that works. I’m sure that I’m willing and able to find 3 additional hours beyond the mornings to tuck in those additional sessions, while doing paper work etc. I’m hoping that this will be sufficient for progress to be ongoing, but we will see and then we’ll have to evaluate.
