So it started off as a disaster of a day but then we backed off the tension and salvaged the day by recording the longest session duration ever.

One note and I used to record it is that I noticed that on days where there is poor sleep the sessions don’t go as well. I no longer record it as I’m quite sure that correlation is there, sleep is essential to recovery and IMO applies here as well. The glans is simply not as robust and can not handle as much. I should have backed off the tension from the get go but I was being obtuse.

Strong fatigue last 5 minutes but we got it in. Glans back to forward position in cradle at the end of the session.

Review of the record showed that it took 88 days to consolidate the last 1/8” addition to the extender and while it seems that we are ahead of schedule for this round, my inclination is to target 88 days for the next addition. I think if you go back to thoughtfulgold’s comments on the matter, the importance of temperance with regards to progression can not be overstated. So I’m looking for parameters to place a check on the propensity to accelerate, to contain any tendency towards the overzealous.

Stepping back from it further, it has taken ~ 18 months to add an inch to the extender length post newbie gains. With the idea that we should allow for diminishing marginal returns, a schedule that would allow for a progression of an additional 1” of extender length closer to 2 years, would seem much more sensible, if not optimistic even.

And I have no expectations, there is complexity of thought regarding this endeavor and going forward perhaps as much as anything, there is curiosity. I am very intrigued to see how things go from here.

We shall see.

Given yesterday’s robust session I was concerned about tug back, but the first session went well and the second session went great - a new milestone. We will see the effects tomorrow.

Not to get ahead of myself as I will keep the same protocols till I hit the short term goal, thinking by mid January. But that said my view has shifted as a commitment towards the long run and my thoughts have been considering the time commitment. I want this tucked in. As much as anything, I have other goals and I need a nice tight portfolio of time allotment for these thing to be realized.

The first session of the day is easy. I’m grabbing a coffee and catching up on emails and the like, so that first hour is not so much of an additional time commitment truth be told. In addition to that though I do feel to that there needs to be days where there are multiple sessions, so given a review of the record and what we seem to need for progress, while avoiding triggering tug back, I’m going to target ~ 10 sessions a week trying to favor duration approaching an hour each.

Subject to revision of course but that’s going to be the plan at least for the next round of ~ 88 days starting in January and we’ll see if that works. I’m sure that I’m willing and able to find 3 additional hours beyond the mornings to tuck in those additional sessions, while doing paper work etc. I’m hoping that this will be sufficient for progress to be ongoing, but we will see and then we’ll have to evaluate.

So far so good though.

Experienced a small amount of tug back but not bad. In reviewing the log it seems that when I push up the tension on the second session to +67% and for durations approximating an hour, is what triggers the tug back. My theory is that because for the second session the glans sits further forward in the cradle because the first session has stretched out the tissues, this might be too much tension too soon. I’m thinking that it simply needs that the second session tension be ramped up more gradually.

But it seems like we’re working though it anyway, so I’m not as concerned, just going to keep an eye on it and pull back the ramp up on the second session with future extender length increases.

Did not get the attachment exactly right so we did well to get the 60 minutes. Physically looks like we’ve worked past the tug back. Mentally it was one of those days where by 45 minutes I was struggling. So a couple of of small victories.

Your thread inspired me to start using my extender again, the one thing that gave me consistent gains over this past PE year. And what do you know immediately got a super strong erection afterwards something I have trouble with.

I’m going to do exactly what you are doing and go for 10-15mins then increase stretch to the max and go for 1-1,5hr every evening. Seems to be working great for you my friend.
