Since I’m doing this in stealth I need some privacy and that privacy works pretty bad with a family running around the house most of the time. Wife has been working from home more than she used to, kids are starting school late or have been sick and stayed at home. Practically this has impacted my US and hanging routine heavily and just a few sessions have been accomplished. The time for pumping has also been affected somewhat but not as bad as the other two exercises. To not fail completely I have made sure to do my manual stretching at least 60 mins per day, around 5-6 days per week. Last week I have also found a way to do my clamping around four times per week, but never together with either pumping or stretching.

Things are expected to return to normal in a week or so and I’m hoping that I can get back to something close to the intended routine above.

Stats? Well, I’m not measuring are often as I should, especially not the official BPEL after 48 hours rest. However BPFSL has moved up 6mm the past 12 months from 200mm to 206mm. This is however with the ruler laying flat on the unit instead of a vertical position. In a vertical position (the right way to measure) I’m only 200mm so a bit of a distance to go there.

After a good exercise I can get to 194mm in the pump and with a clamp on afterwards I reach 145mm in girth. Both measures are improvements from a year back but also very inconsistent. A very optimistic goal for the year is to reach 200mm in the tube and 150mm in girth afterwards. Looking at the stats that should mean an official BPEL at around 193-195mm and girth around 143-145mm. That would be an increase in volume at around 56% after 28months. Increase today, based on a rough estimate is 39% since I started 16 months ago. Still nothing my wife has noticed though, but hopefully after this year.

Try using an extender. This is what I do due to lack of privacy. My main routine is the extender and I pump or stretch when privacy allows.

I’m thinking about using my Totalman vacuum cup with some light week when I’m working from home. Let’s see how that works.

Start (2023-09-14): BPEL 16.0 MEG 12.8

Now (2024-10-17): BPEL 18.7 MEG: 13.6

Goal: BPEL 20.3 MEG: 15.2

Well, it works as long as I tape properly. The water trick doesn’t work due to too large sleeves which pushes air into the cup. And those air pockets are great for blisters…

Maybe the cup is a bit too long meaning that I miss around 10mm of shaft trapped in the cup, but still, I’m happy.

I have also worked a bit on the program, which is now consisting of a 20 mins US at around 3kgs (measured with fishing scale). Then I hang 3.8kg with NIR pad for 2x20 mins. Elongation is around 2-2.5%, which might not be seen as awesome, but still better than without US.

I have had the worst period in life regarding privacy. It’s someone (mostly kids) at home almost every single day so at best I get 1-2 sessions US per week. Even that is an overstatement for some weeks. I compensate by manual stretching for at least an hour per day under a blanket watching TV. Works great!

Most days I also manage to get some 20-60 mins of clamping/edging into the schedule, split into sessions between 10-20 mins. If I’m really lucky I also manage to combine it with 3x10 mins pumping.

I still do my kegels on regular basis, which means 3-4 times per week.

Still haven’t been able to measure any significant girth improvements, but I’m only hoping for a single mm every second month so it’s too early to say anything.

Having spent some time going through the stats again I can see that there is growth happening over time. Around 8mm in the pump during 12 months. BPFSL around the same and MEG after workout around 5mm. I’m not measuring rolling average over a period of time and numbers tend to vary a bit so it’s difficult to track exact progress. Volume increase has been close to 10% the past 12 months and that is with at least two months off due to injuries. I was also in a loooong plateau during summer and started to loose faith a bit.

I’ll stick to the current routine for a while, most likely April when ”Phase I” ends (turning 50). Initial goal was set to 8x6, not at all to be reached by April, but I wanted to have a checkpoint on the way there and turning 50 seems like a good one when I started some 1.5 years back. I now consider 8x6 as first target, which will at least take a few years more.

Maybe a few words around EQ…it varies a lot, but to be honest, more on the downside than upside. Most likely due to doing too much of PE. I’m on TRT since the last 18 months with a shot every sixth week. Testo is fairly high in the beginning and still good the days before the next shot. Can’t say it’s been giving anything to the EQ but a lot better sleep, energy and general life quality. But I really lack the ”pump” in my unit, something closer to a decent clamping session…😀

Try wrapping some string, paracord, or a shoelace around the sleeve below the cup. Make it fairly snug and use a shoelace knot. I do that when the cheap sleeves I use stretch girth-wise until they won’t hold a seal any more.

Sounds fine to me.

Real Life(tm) can be annoying sometimes. You have to work around the opportunities you have.

That’s not a bad program at all. "Keep doing that."

That’s to be expected as you close in on 50. It’s common to PE until EQ drops. It will return to normal - whatever that might be - within a few days after stopping PE. Guys who get laid on a regular schedule can plan around that.

It took about a year before I started noticing much difference. No single big thing, but small improvements on a lot of little things.

Do you have copies of your lab results? You need to keep an eye on your estradiol numbers as well as those for testosterone. Always get copies of your labs (and office visit reports) for your personal files.

Great suggestion using a shoe string to tighten up! Those sleeves are very expensive and use them for as long as possible is good.

I have access to all my TRT test online with nice charts for all things they measure. Estradiol went up when I started then dropped again, but not to same levels as before. For now they are ok.

Thanks for all encouraging words!

I have said it before, but it’s time to collect some official measures on BPEL and MEG, but it needs to be done with a fairly good EQ so timing is crucial. In a few weeks hopefully!

Save the old, stretched sleeves. You can pull them over the new sleeves as they get stretched, for a little extra compression.

My EQ is quite variable due to age and a heavy PE schedule. Measurements are all over the place.

To get useful measurements, after a PE set, I use a cock ring to help maintain the erection, then measure. My "real" measurements - what I can get without the work and ring - vary considerably, but the ringed, post-PE measurements are extremely repeatable. You need repeatable to measure your progress.

You can measure your real length and girth over a week or so and then averaging them. It won’t be quite as accurate, but it will do a better job of reflecting your real size.

Great advises from a great PEer!

I also measure with cock ring on, only way to get a reliable erection that last while the measurements are being taken. I’ve also figured out that measuring with clamp or in the pump (at same pressure) is good to keep track of things, even though that is after PE.

Short update!

US is still a challenge to fit into the schedule and happens closer to never than four times per week. I compensate by sticking to manual stretching, pumping and clamping but I’m not sure things are moving as they should. On the other hand, I constantly measure 194mm in the tube after a session and have hit 205mm for BPFSL after just easy stretching. Would be very interesting where a full US session could give. I see no improvements for girth at the moment, but it’s likely to early since it’s moving a lot slower than length. But it might be that I need to revisit the routine.

Some is better than none! Not everyone is free to rearrange their schedule to accomodate PE.

Manuals are somewhat out of fashion at the moment, other than the newbie routine, but we’ve had plenty of guys who had significant size increases just from ordinary low-tech stretching and jelquing. It’s hard work compared to just letting a device do it, but as you’ve observed, not needing a device helps you make use of time you couldn’t otherwise use for PE.

For time being, that’s how it needs to be. But there always ways to experiment with manuals too. I have for instance figured out that a firm grip of glans with thumb and index finger of one hand, palm facing upwards and then use the space between the same fingers on the other hand to push down could give some really good pressure. Moving along the shaft as you press outwards with the other hand gives a lot!
