Indeed…there are several nice benefits along the road, like better stamina and control due to the kegels. And if one feels that progress is slow, there are tons of things to measure in order to keep motivation up. 😀

Have mentioned in early posts that I do this in stealth and I still wait for Mrs. D to make a comment. Since I take all the opportunities I have for PE my unit is almost always a bit worked out or with low EQ so I guess I need to wait. Would be nice though if I got the opportunity to just hang it out in her face after an hour of pumping and clamping, because after those sessions it looks pretty large. Time will tell…

Have had a decent week from a PE perspective so far. Besides 60 mins of manual stretching every day also two proper hanging sessions with 3x20 mins of hanging. First one at 3kg and 3,5kg but did almost not get any elongations at all (1mm). Decided to add weight today and went for 4kg throughout the entire session. Felt really tough the first 5-10 mins of the first run, but then only a good stretch. Of course with a proper warmup with rice sock and the NIR-pad during hanging. BPFSL before was 196mm, a bit shorter than normal, and ended up at 202mm, which gives a 3% elongation. Pretty ok. I will stay on this weight for, what it feels like right know, a looong time.

Now gym and then back for some pumping and clamping!

Hi INE!

My thread start to become long…and no need to read it all. Well, I decided to start in stealth just not to have my wife too involved in this, as in other projects I’m into. Also, I think it could be a pretty nice boost to get a comment about the size (as long as it’s about my unit being large/larger). 😀

So far she hasn’t noticed what I’m into and she hasn’t made any comments yet. On the other hand, after two births, I think she’s got some to fill up. Also, she seems more into oral at her end so maybe she just don’t care…to be continued.

Lousy week from a hanging perspective. Kids or wife at home entire week plus I did a meniscus surgery on Wednesday so that day disappeared. Have manage to do manual stretching all days though, for at least 60 mins per day as well as jelqing around 100-200 per day. Also plenty of kegels, around 100 per session and three sessions this week. A few pumping sessions but too short and too few. I do think I’m not getting smaller though, but I really need to manage time for hanging.

This week started a lot better and it’s not over yet. I had two PE sessions so far, both 3x20 mins at 4kg (8.8lbs). Proper warmup with rice sock for ten mins, heat pad during the first two rounds. A bit disappointing elongation so far, only 1% and I don’t think I can add much more weight for now since it already far from comfortable. Do not really know if I should change something yet…BTW, I also run 60 mins of manual stretch in the evening to that.

Wife is away on Saturday and I hope that will give me a good change for measuring my morning wood Sunday morning, since it’s pretty solid nowadays.

New sleeves ordered since I have been wearing out the others. Bought some extra to be used for ADS.

Sorry for irregular and inconsistent updates, but I need to add a thing that happened today.

Wife was working from home today so no PE in the morning. Went to gym and had a window of opportunity when taking a shower afterwards (at home if someone wondered). Spent around 20 mins in the pump, without warmup, at 5-8 hg and then some easy massage on top of that. I usually measure BPFSL when I can so I grabbed the ruler after the shower, to find that I had the same measures as after one hour hanging the other two days. When I say “measures” it’s because I measure both with the ruler “standing” on top of my unit and laying horizontal on the side, still on top though. Standing ruler gave me 202mm, close to 203mm while laying horizontally was a clear 226mm. Very surprising and cheering!

Had a pretty good week last week. Hanging went well, but I only managed to get two days in. Balanced that with plenty of manual stretching, jelqing, pumping and squeezing.

Current weekly routine is something like this:
3 days hanging (3x20 @4kg)
5-6 days with 60 mins manual stretching
3-4 days pumping (3x10 mins @ 5-7hg)
5-6 days jelqs (100-200)
3-4 days kegels (100)

What what I haven’t added is ADS, but that is something to consider. Not sure if it works with TotalMan cups though.

Tried to take some official measures the other day but struggled to get hard enough. Measures were far from impressive, pretty much exactly what I had six months ago. I seem to grow on measures taken after exercise but the important once’s, before exercise, seem to be stuck. I know EQ plays a big role here but given all the time I spend I was actually hoping for a few mm extra.

Anyway, I have started to think about adding US to my routine and have started to read Kyrpa’s thread on this. And at the same time look an around for a proper US machine. They seem to come in many shapes and configurations with a price tag ranging from affordable to very expensive. Advises what to go for are appreciated! Preferably one that has 240V.

I had some sort of decon during summer due to family time, but I find it pretty hard to just do nothing with my unit. Then I had one a couple of weeks ago due to a blister on my glans. But you are probably right, a longer and complete break is most likely needed. Hmm.

Ok, now is the time to start the next phase on my PE journey. What I hope is a decent US machine is waiting in the garage to be unwrapped and ready for use. I have read plenty of threads on this topic here at Thunder’s and I understand the concept and routine, but I guess I need to take a week for trimming in the practicalities.

Instead of working with weights for the tension I will use the ADS kit that came with my order from TotalMan. Haven’t even looked at it yet so I don’t know if it works. A digital fishing scale arrives next week for measuring tension by attaching it between the vac cup and ADS kit. The only unsolved thing could be the thermometer, since I don’t know it a regular one for measuring fever in ears will work.

I have spent the last two weeks resting from PE, except some massage and minor pumping so I feel I’m fairly well conditioned.

I will get back with the final routine as soon things are tested out. The idea for now is three days on then one rest. And be a lot better at ADS in between. Advises are always welcome!

After a few weeks of experimenting with the US device I’m ready to take off. Might be some minor adjustments along the road but I think a for a decent control of things

Setup:
- US machine able to handle 1 and 3 MHz up to enough energy (plan to run between 1.5-2.0 W/cm2.
- TotalMan vacuum cup
- Bungee cord attached to my wrist with a digital fishing scale between my unit and the cord
- IR thermometer
- Huge bottle of US gel…

Planned routine:
- 2x20 mins in vac cup, first run with US heating the unit to 40 degrees, second run cold
- slowly increasing stretch, starting at 2.5-3.0kg, working towards 4.0-4.5kg in the end of first run. Then keep the stretch at that level for the next 20 mins
- I might add a 10 min break between the sets to avoid blister on my glans. 40 mins in vacuum is a bit risky
- A total of four sessions per week

Besides the US routine:
- A combination/alternation of clamping and pumping for 30-60 mins (depending on how much time I have). I run 10 mins then switch over. A total of 3-4 sessions per week.
- manual stretching 60 mins every day (perfect TV workout)
- Jelqing 10-25 mins every morning
- Kegels 3-4 times per week when driving

I might have missed some…and one thing to add to this is ADS, but not sure which device to use. Vac seems like a bad idea.

During US test drives I’ve had an elongation around 2.5%. Expect this to be slightly higher when I learn to control heat and stretch better.

Time for a short update on the last couple of month’s PE. Thing have not gone my way and the plan turned out to be just a plan without proper execution. Since I’m doing this in stealth I need some privacy and that privacy works pretty bad with a family running around the house most of the time. Wife has been working from home more than she used to, kids are starting school late or have been sick and stayed at home. Practically this has impacted my US and hanging routine heavily and just a few sessions have been accomplished. The time for pumping has also been affected somewhat but not as bad as the other two exercises. To not fail completely I have made sure to do my manual stretching at least 60 mins per day, around 5-6 days per week. Last week I have also found a way to do my clamping around four times per week, but never together with either pumping or stretching.

Things are expected to return to normal in a week or so and I’m hoping that I can get back to something close to the intended routine above.

Stats? Well, I’m not measuring are often as I should, especially not the official BPEL after 48 hours rest. However BPFSL has moved up 6mm the past 12 months from 200mm to 206mm. This is however with the ruler laying flat on the unit instead of a vertical position. In a vertical position (the right way to measure) I’m only 200mm so a bit of a distance to go there.

After a good exercise I can get to 194mm in the pump and with a clamp on afterwards I reach 145mm in girth. Both measures are improvements from a year back but also very inconsistent. A very optimistic goal for the year is to reach 200mm in the tube and 150mm in girth afterwards. Looking at the stats that should mean an official BPEL at around 193-195mm and girth around 143-145mm. That would be an increase in volume at around 56% after 28months. Increase today, based on a rough estimate is 39% since I started 16 months ago. Still nothing my wife has noticed though, but hopefully after this year.

Real Life(tm) often interferes with plans. Family takes priority over PE. Do what you can when you can, and don’t stress out over it.
