Not sure if I have made something wrong or pulled to hard. But previously I experienced that my unit was more elastic when I stretched it, more or less like a rubber band. And with an elongation that I could control with the strength I was pulling with, normally 2-2,5% or between 3-4 mm. Last week has basically given no elongation at all, just a hard resistance. Besides that no other indications of injuries.

That’s normal. You’re not going to have a strain rate every post exercise. Your dick will have a resistance and you’ll see a strain rate reduction but it’s not an injury until there’s real pain. It’ll become flexible on rest days or with enough warmups. I guess the word urethra was throwing me off, I think they call this something else, septum or steel chord theory, that your flaccid length won’t budge or relax. I think of the dick like a spring in a weighing scale. It has a calibrated setting. On a weighing scale, you put a weight on and it bounces back to zero. The thing is, our penis is not a spring. And it actually responds to stimulus so it can lengthen permanently and can reduce in length due to certain factors. So pulling too hard too soon and too many times can cause a setback. But it’s a physical pull from your hand via stretches and jelq, it’s not a controlled pressure each and every time, there’s no mechanical gauge or app or warning that’s telling you you’re going overboard and your dick doesn’t have immediate feedback unless it’s a sharp pain. So id say don’t stress so much on the strain rate with manual exercises, just listen to your EQ. If your EQ isn’t great, give yourself extra rest days. Relax and have more flaccid and semi erect exercises and don’t do it while watching porn because porn can really give you rock hard erection that’s too difficult to work with during PE. Just do your manual exercises consistently until you’re ready to advance to the next steps, either adding more advanced manual exercises or moving on to devices or combination of both

I think the % matters more on using devices like hanging and judging whether you’ll give yourself more rest days or keep hanging or adding more max weight. I don’t think it’s a good tool for anything else but that’s my opinion. Mods or more successful PErs can correct me.

The challenge is most is also that it hasn’t felt entirely good, something close to an injury, even though there are no physical evidence of that. But I took it easy the rest of the week. Thanks for the support!

If the experience is mostly not good and you’ve been practicing this routine for 15 years, I’d switch routines up. I’m impressed you’re logging an hour on stretching. Do you have a breakdown of your stretches and how much time you dedicate on each variation? Just an idea if any particular stretch is causing more problems than others

Which I had done this for 15 years…:-)

Yeah, I’m breaking it up in smaller sessions, mostly 10 or 20 mins each. Trying to get at least a few good 20 mins sessions per week, other wise they are for 10 mins. I have also found a good way of doing stretches watching TV with my wife with loose briefs and pants on, but I normally see them as a bonus. She hasn’t noticed anything strange going on so far and since I’m doing PE in stealth I want it to be that for a while.

Last week did not end up as I wanted. As mentioned above I had some odd feelings in my unit and decided to go very easy for the rest of the week. I have a few interesting observations though. Since I didn’t do that do pumping, jelqing and squeezing my unit suddenly felt slightly smaller. I took some measures on girth, just to realise it was still 132-134mm, with a lot more than 48 hours of rest. Very surprising! EQ has been stable with hard morning woods. Have also started to end my pumping sessions with some edging, wearing a cock ring. Great feeling but I really do suck and ending before PNR.

Also, I lost a few mm’s length in the pump during holidays in the end of last year but that has been fully restored now. Measured 186mm today, which is another positive news and equal to high-score. Last but not least, the strange feeling from last week seems gone, so from this week I’m back on track again. Have also decided to change rest day to Sundays instead of Mondays. I might not do measures everyday as previously, since gains are slower now. If I could get just another mm per month, in any direction, I would be more than happy.

@Dicade, it sounds like you are up for a decon soon, after seeing your posts I noticed that you went straight to pumping before finishing the newbie routine, not bad of course if it works for you, however overall it does seem like you went at it a bit harder than needed. Just 20 weeks into your objective for your birthday is still a bit away, I would not expect you to be talking about something like this quote you placed below. This is something for someone at least 1 to 2 years in, not something you talk about 20 weeks in.

6 days on / 1 day off- I would say that is something for you after your first decon. I would move the routine and slow down before decon to 1 on 1 off or 2 on and 1 off. From the reading it looks like you took off on a dash on this race, so don’t be surprised if you are losing a bit of steam while others who started slow are now catching up to you, you are basically at the same place you would have been had you started a bit slower. Again! all good if it works for you! It is just now YOU! that has to understand where you are at and what is next for you.

When you see my stats, I did 30 weeks in on a newbie routine before pumping, just so you have a bit of an idea.

I think I said in my first post that I will go on until my 50th birthday, which is in April next year, so around 16 more month to go. Goal is still 8x6, but realistically that will take at least three years, most likely closer to five. If I can reach it at all. Nevertheless, just working with my unit, improving EQ and stamina is worth it alone.

And regarding my pumping, I only do around 3-4 sets at 2-3 min with low pressure and not more than three times per week. So still far from the vets here. Will stick to this routine for a while but being more observant and add rest days when needed. In fact, last month has been a lot more chill than the first three. Also planning for a week off in beginning of March.

Realized I had to change reporting day now when routine is scheduled Mon-Sat with rest day on Sundays.

I have been following the routine flawless this this week and have been a bit more cautious and looking for odd senses from my unit. The strange stuff and stiffness from the past couple of weeks seem to be gone this time. I have been able to pull and measure around 2% elongation during my sets.

Managed to do 370 mins of manual stretches. Have not been measuring much but noticed that BPFSL have been between 198-200mm in the mornings a couple of times and could reach 204-205mm after stretch. Had three pumping sessions but was interrupted during the last one. Jelqing for 130 mins, different pace and sometimes with light squeezes. All in all a good week!

Next week comes with a new month and I will try to get some official stats.

A great week where the routine has been followed on every point. 370 mins of stretching, 120 mins of jelqing and squeezing and of course plenty of kegels. Yeah, three sessions with pumping too, one where I extended time to around 20 mins. EQ wakes me up at 05:00 in the mornings, a bit annoying but a good sign. In general my unit feels a lot more solid during erections. I have also got better grip during my stretches, so great quality on the time spent this week.

I have been measuring a bit here and there. BPFSL in the mornings are consistently showing 200mm which is a slight improvement. I had one measure after stretch that showed 205mm, and several at around 203-204mm. I managed to get to 188mm length and 142mm girth in the pump which are both new records. Seems like things are progressing as they should!

Have been adding heat a lot more this week as well as NIR pad a couple of times. Will spend at least three days working from home next week so another great PE week is expected.

The work week didn’t offer as much WFH as expected, but I still managed to follow the routine as planned. Meaning 360 mins of manual stretching, plenty of kegels, jelqs and three sessions of pumping. Nothing spectacular to report in terms of measurements but managed to repeat 188mm in the pump. Also some “after” measures showing BPEL at 188mm and MEG at 141mm. Pretty nice volume compared to the autumn!

Entire routine followed as planned, except that I only managed two pumping sessions this week instead of the normal three. Things have been going well expect that I overdid it in the pump. Easy to get carried away…

Can’t say I have noticed any type of gains, especially not BPFSL which hovers around 200mm with just a few millimeters extra after stretch. Overall I have started to feel a bit soar and will take it very easy the upcoming week and then stay entirely off the week after due to family travel and basically no privacy. EQ has been very good as well as the daily hang with a slight pumped unit all day around.
