Your routine us looking good man…l might start to use your method. . I’m after increasing lenght and head size.

My current size is 6EL, 6EG. My flaccid length is about 4 ” however that’s getting better since I started my new routine.

Been doing PE for a while .
I’ve come to realize we pull , squeeze , and stretch our meat to allow more blood to fill it .
Sort of like how we manipulate it when we jack .
And we do modify it by how we do that
.
My thoughts are PE is effective when we’re consistently applying it .
I don’t think it takes a lot of time spent .
That’s why I don’t do a lot of jelqs or stretches .
Seems unnecessary .

Just find your way of applying PE .
Took me a while to figure out how much time and effort I was willing to give it .
But that said , here I am , pulling and squeezing . LOL !!!

Looks like you got a nice fat tool . Go for stretched length first .

Pulling skin back and using first two fingers Overhand to grip behind glans .
Middle finger against glans , pointer gripping CC’s .
Don’t engage the CS directly .
Pulling just enough to feel root attachment .
10 - Skin Pulls , pushing sac skin down , pulling just shaft skin .
4 - Plump Underhand Squeezes , using little finger to squeeze and other hand webbing to bend upper shaft .
Those really make him feel worked .
Might be cause that’s the end of my routine .

Hot Pad - 15 min .
SFL- 7.4 ” .
