Bottom line up front: instead of ejaculating less to boost sex drive, I’m going to try ejaculating as much as possible and see if the body responds by boosting sex drive to keep up with all the sexual activity.

I’ve been reading evolutionary psychology, and in mammalian species and primates, testicle size is correlated to the amount of mates the animal has, I.e.: monogamous vs. Non-monogamous. My goal is to have a lot of sex, so my theory is by ejaculating more rather than “no fap”, this could potentially “reprogram” the body into boosting sex drive. It’s like exercise. You may feel tired at first after exerting yourself, but your body adapts and becomes even stronger later.

My goal with this experiment is to: 1) boost general sex drive, 2) reduce refractory period, and 3) increase prostate health and reduce the risk of cancer by frequent ejaculations.

This is just a theory, but I’m going to test it. I have some family history of prostate cancer, so studies show that frequent ejaculations can help reduce that risk as well.

What I’m going to do is ejaculate as many times as possible during the day for a month. My goal is to have a minimum of 2 ejaculations, perhaps morning and evening. My record is 4 times in a day. I want to beat that during this experiment. 2 ejaculations is meant to just be a minimum. Ideally I want as many as possible.

Ejaculations can come from sex with a partner or masturbation. I ordered 3 Fleshlight sleeves and a case to help with this. What I’m going to do is record how many times I ejaculated in a day, any notes (e.g.: ejaculation came from sex, masturbation, small loads, big loads, etc.) and how my overall sex drive felt for the day. After this one month, I’m going to abstain for at least 3 days. My theory is that after heavy amounts of sustained ejaculation, this will trigger an overcompensation where sex drive then goes up substantially during that rest period.

My concern with no fap is that I’ve been doing it, and it boosts my sex drive for a while, but the effect is fleeting. My theory is that more variation is needed, similar to some of Nassim Nicholas Taleb’s theories. I’ll go from one end of the barbell of extreme amounts of sustained ejaculation and then switch to abstinence. It’s like training hard in the gym and then having a deload week before a competition.

I’m going to record notes on a spreadsheet and post updates on Thundersplace to see how it goes.

Side notes on me: I’m 31, athletic, good nutrition.

I’ve not done that semi scientifically, but do have occasional weeks where I cum a couple of times a day just because I feel horny. And I’m in my fifth decade now 😊

Supplement with zinc every night before bed if you can, even better would be ZMA. It’s a combination of zinc, magnesium and Vitamin B6.

This well help keep your zinc levels maintained since ejaculation will be very constant. Besides that, it helps with maintain testosterone which in turn helps with the sex drive.

Keep us posted. I know that when I have sex with my girl often, I have good EQ. And when we don’t have sex often, it’s sometimes isn’t as good. Same with me PEing, the more I’m having sex, the better my PE exercises seem to be.

Hey iwant10. During PE I minimized my FAPing to about 3 times a week. Before PE I would hardly miss a day. I’m 43 and never had any problems and truly feel that it’s because of my FAPing routine. Just so happens that I’ve started a decon break a few weeks ago. And yes. I’m back at it. I’m also not convinced that there are any draw backs to masturbation, even during PE days.

You can definitely decrease the refractory period if you’re patient. I try not to do any masturbation on my PE days. I notice that it puts additional stress on your penis on top of PE if you do it too much. In other words, it makes it easier to over train.

If I were you I wouldn’t ramp up the amount of masturbation too fast. Try to do it in increments instead.

I think it’s actually gonna be hard. I don’t feel like masturbating more after some point. Your hand’s gonna get sore.
