You are one of the fastest gainers ever on this site, I believe. In 9 months about 7 ci.? I have been quite successful as well but nowhere close to your rate. Its extremely rare to gain over 10 inch in a “lifetime career” but you might make it in a year.. And if you keep on doing this for few years you can make Saiyan22, sundog and likes kiss your as in a couple of years. Not literally of course. :D

Will be interesting to rail this, and see if you will ever hit the plateau or if your pace will even get slower..

Someone might want to have some proof in form of pictures of before/after (that would of course be claimed to be just another showcase of photoshop, no matter what).. But its every persons own choice whether to do it. Personally I think I will not do it, probably don’t have enough time or courage to start a progress log at all.

Thank you USofE for the honors. I am aware of the volumetric gain rate being at big gainer level. But I really have to take your word on it being one of the top ones as I am not aware of all those high gainer achievements.

I have to admit so far it has been a dream come true. That said it is easy to see now the girth gain been decelerated volumetric gains predictions are also decending to a more reasonable level. Lets just look this whole first year before jumping to any chest pounding. I don´t know where this is leading in long term. What I do know is I will reach my goal in next few months with ease.
Still haven´t yet to achieve anything remarkable. I am aware that my dick is a large one already staring it down but going next to mirror still thinking it looks small when attached to a frame more muscular than average.

Might be so like you say. But at this state as I am not selling or declaring anything then what is there to proven anyway. I will not in any circumstances start to fabricate any theories or begin to proclaim to have the be all and end all solution in my hands here.

And I will post pictures. Thinking now at one year point or when I have reached the goal. Maybe once a year there after as long as I continue to do PE. But it would be secondary to me how it will be received.

Hmm.. This is your and my story might actually need a topic of its own. If I had time, I might write it.

My routines at the moment very shortly said are very different, closer to less is more than more is more. I have of days only if they happen or am too tired, but the thing is, I don’t dedicate almost any time to work out. I do it almost only in the evening before I start to sleep. I watch tv/Netflix/smth and stretch under or over the leg or towards spine between the butt cheeks with a tightish grip, until it start s to feel a bit numb. For girth I do only sometimes dry jelq and mouse under the rug (in bed!). And yes, I do only manual. No hangers, no pumps, no equipment. Sometimes I do stretching or dry jelq in sauna or shower (or after them when my unit is warm). Also bed fowfers are easy and don’t consume any time.

Plan is to take it easy and not to let it disturb normal life. I have no time to dedicate.

Oh, I do kegels too, but the amount varies a lot.

There are so many ways to enlarge your male member. Keep on doing and change only when gains stall.

Someday I may reach the spot where no more intensive tunica expansion is needed and I will get the rid of every equipment and concentrate on manuals only. It is coming I can tell you not knowing when for sure.
But this one over here wouldn´t be gaining lenght without all the stuff I do right now.

Week 38 and some

Been too busy in other interests to keep up on this log. Here is a wrap up of the two cycles gone by.

Kept on rolling at post exercise BPFSL 23.2cm continuously every day.
Hints of at least the BPEL still gaining and maybe girth also but planning to take the official measurements just before decon.
Vac stretching tuned down and no manual stretching at all. Pumping and clamping as the main exercises now there is lot of tunica enlargement to be filled at this point and no real gains available on tunica for a while. Find out that using the Poisson effect on girth expansion while clamping with ultrasound seems very promising indeed.

Cycle 4. Day 1
Started with morning pumping for 30 minutes keeping it warm.
It was followed with 30 minutes Jelq/AM.
Later in the evening 120 minutes vacuum stretching which included 30minutes stress relaxation for a starter.
As a finisher I did clamping with ultrasound. I was medicated with 50mg of Viagra prior exercising for every clamping sessions in this cycle..

I put one clamp on when fully erect and used US on the top third of the shaft where it has been historically at thinnest. After few minutes unit started to soften and another clamp was introduced. I continued to use US up to ten minutes.
This was repeated three times with some jelqing strokes and other refreshing between.

Measured pre BPFSL 22.7cm and post BPFSL 23.2cm. Strain of 2.2%.

Day 2
Pretty much the same as day before.
Main difference being in clamping for 25minutes. Clamped unit started to lose hardness very soon and I decided to give a go for restricted length clamping.
I formed a cup of my loosely closed fist and pushed the glans with it. Pushing against clamps Poisson effect kicks in and forms a huge expansion on girth.
This balloon heated with US is the way I am running my clamping sessions here after.
Measured pre BPFSL 22.7cm and post BPFSL 23.2cm. Strain of 2.2%.

Day 3
No jelqing this day. Otherwise same as day before with pumping and clamping.
Vacuum stretching lasted 170 minutes in all.

Days 4 and 5
Rest

Cycle 5. Day 1
Severe time limitations this day and only one session with new tactics again.
Started with Viagra boosted edging before clamp was introduced.

Ten minutes of restricted length clamping with ultrasound.
This was followed with pumping for ten minutes without heat.
This was repeated three rounds altogether.
The girth expansion using Poisson effect is just great.
Just ran out of clamping cushions as I found out both of them silicone sleeves I was using were broken. My clamps are not cable clamps but regular spring clamps with some modifications and they seem to be too harsh for these sleeves.

Day 2
Morning was started by cold pumping for 30 minutes.
Evening workout was 180 minutes in vac stretching followed with another 30 minutes with cold pumping now the clamping was out of the question.
Measured post BPFSL 23.2cm after morning session

Day 3
Went for a 45 minutes cold pumping session in the morning.
Haven´t mentioned about pressures but they have been fluctuating at 4-6 inHG level every session.
This was followed by 15 minutes jelq as I felt was necessary for some reason.

Later in the evening another 45 minutes with cold pumping. Upped the pressure to 7 inHG.
Have to be mentioned that flaccid hung was great going to sleep.
Seems that morning pumping is enough to do the trick with the post BPFSL measurements hitting top the top length even without any stretching at all.
Measured post BPFSL 23.2cm at some point of the day.

Days 4 - 8
Rest. Usual cavernous muscle enhancement rituals. Sex marathons. Threesomes.
As I was partly forced in a good sense to take this five day long break from my routines I will run one more cycle before going to pre-scheduled official decon.

Period 2 closing in and decon ahead

Update on two weeks progress, which is measurable
BPEL 20.8cm ->21.1cm +0.3
BPFSL 22.7cm->22.8 cm +0.1
MSEG* 14.83 cm->15.03cm +0.2
Volume increased from the July 24th by 53%

*Documented mseg is average from base (15.7), midshaft (14.9) and behind the glans girth (14.5) for more accurate volume calculation. Measurements were taken being 2 days off PE with 100mg of Viagra.

This was the closing cycle for this Period 2. Coming to the closure then workouts are mostly girth orientated without any serious efforts for stretching tunica or dorsal thickening longitudinally. Not for the first time as a consequence of this BPEL took a leap in gains. This sort of gain rate as I had these last few weeks, levels or even tops my previous best.

My unit is standing nicely against upped pumping pressures, and US heated restricted length clamping sessions are bringing girth back to play. I am feeling strong temptation to go on but then again, I need to take only a glimpse on my notes and see why I really shouldn´t.
Last time out after Period 1 I followed this same tempting gut feeling and ended up having practically next to nothing. Blister eventually was the unfortunate highlight which forced me to change this false course. I thought that had already learnt this lesson from the days in building my physique, but guess this was important reminder of how to manage long term workout plans
It is somehow paradoxical that at the time you have an urge to push for more, you start to be exhausted in your routines already. This is the moment athletes sometimes go wrong as they slip in the falsely build loop of training for the sake of training and lose their focus on building results. Sometimes it is necessary to keep up the momentum though it takes experience to recognize which way to proceed. Anyways In my books piling up the load and cumulating workout volume are not in the top shelf. Periodization is really more valuable.

At the time of this update I am already on mandatory decon which won´t be no longer than a few weeks. Manual stretching cut out already now for weeks and other stretching routines tuned down, it is assumed that collagen level healing processes already started at some degree in tunica.
Now taking 10 days off completely and another 10 days on newbie routine style jelqing combined with some penile bodybuilding. Starting really easy and gradually upping the efforts to be prepared for the real thing. There on I will continue to induce growth to catch up the difference in BPFSL and BPEL. I´ll aim for narrowing the gap to 1.2-1.4 cm, before starting Period 3 with the established practices of stretching.
For the Period 3 I will have an clear agenda which is reaching my goal.

Cycle 6.
Day 1
Started with morning pumping for 45 minutes. Begin with 4 inHG and for a few minutes pressure was almost completely off at some point, but for a latter part of this session it was 7 inHG.
During the day as opportunity arising I went for 40 min stress relaxation on PMP.
This was followed with 120 minutes of vac stretching with a low load under 1 kg.
Clamping session was carried out with Viagra and the shaft was all the way so rigid that pushing against the glans was not an option. 3x 10 minutes with US.

Day 2
Waking up and straight inside the pump with rock solid morning wood for 30 minutes at 7 inHG.
Afterwards measured 21.8cm from the tape put on the side of the cylinder during the session.
This was the length achieved with a brief visit up to 20 inHG for 20-30 seconds.
As a evening workout 120 minutes in vac stretching pretty much in stress relaxation mode only.
This was followed with Viagra boosted clamping for 3x10 min. Heated with US and pushing the glans against clamped shaft in two of the three sets. Poisson effect kicked in as I could measure 16cm (6.3 in) girth at around ¾ lenght of the shaft. This in my books is a huge expansion with 9% increasement in normal erect girth at this part of the shaft.
Between and after clamping sets jelq/AM for 30minutes.
Measured post pumping BPFSL 23.3cm during the day. Productive day as a whole.

Day 3
Woke up early again with a good morning wood. Went to pump it for 30 minutes with 7 inHG.
While still in bed did some edging for ~15 minutes.
Afternoon session took place in the form of vac stretching with stress relaxation portion for 120 minutes.
Late at night Viagra boosted clamping and jelqing as day before. Huge girth expansion again when pushing against the clamps with US heat on.
4x10min clamping and pumping at 7-10 inHG for 25 minutes. 30 minutes jelqing/AM divided before, between and after mentioned sets. This was supposed to be the grand finale.
First part of the clamping sets the shaft was too rigid for using Poisson effect, but after few minutes it started to soften and was moldable. First set was regular clamping only.
No measurements taken.

Day 4
Woke up once again really early with great hard on. Against the plan I decided to go for one more pumping session as equipment was easily available. 30 minutes with 7 inHG followed by 10 minutes of jelqing / edging. This is it for now. Hands off. Equipment in to a hide.
As a note to myself I am done with the 1.75 LeLuv cylinder, it´s time to move on with larger one.
I am filling this one all the way up immediately after applying the vacuum. Apparently the thinnest part of the shaft right behind the glans is not that thin anymore.

Day 5 to NA
Period 2 closed. Resting and deconditioning for few weeks now on. In deep analyzes and programming for the next period to come. Signing out for a while.

Analyze of Periods 1 and 2

Few days off from PE routines and decided to look in some numbers gathered along the way.
What we are looking for is two equal length periods managed in similar fashion.

Period 1 was 63 days long with 28 days of resting. Period 2 included 71 days with 29 days of resting.

I followed the concept as closely as I could moving only things which I thought could be moved around.
I was loyal to three days of work and two days of rest frame. There were some extra days of rest if needed as in Period 1 also.
Main workout principles which were not altered were BPFSL measurement driven stretching, US heated stretching and manual stretching following it immediately after.

Results are similar and trendlines projected in attached chart correlate nicely, specially BPEL trendlines being identical.

I have gathered total working hours and distributions in attached table. Time spend under US induced heat is marked with red typing.
Manual stretching marked to be influenced by US also, as all the manual stretching were produced immediately after US heated pre exercises.
Completed hours doesn´t differ significantly and distribution between altered ingredients did not change the outcome.
I dare to say this works greatly and I eagerly anticipate if the outcome is replicated again with Period 3.

Starting with Jelqs today. According to measurements on morning wood today , there were no major losses in 10 days off. Lenght measurements as they were and girth is down to 14.8cm.

So looking at the BPEL graph of the 2 periods the slope is the same so no evidence so far of diminishing returns on this protocol. Very curious about period 3.

Yes Buckfever you are absolutely right when the BPEL is concerned. It is the BPFSL to be monitored here.
If you look the graph you mentioned it is there and specially in graph included in post #55, comparing pre and post exercise BPFSL values ~2 weeks earlier.
BPEL is not pushed that far as a precaution even there is still potential left. I pushed too far after Period 1 and made this adjustment for this one.
Only Period 3 can tell if I am right or just guessing.

I saw that and I think it’s brilliant that you exerted that discipline.

Still deconditioning and while jelqing few things popped in my mind. There are things I consider to be characteristic in my routines.
Jelqing, pumping and clamping and clamping related squeezes etc. are all managed mainly with low erection levels.

- Minimum edging. Mainly AM3 with light bends and squeezes when waking up with a morning wood.
- Low as possible sexual stimulation while working out.
- Means no porn or only for the initial stimulus when introducing pump or clamp. Trying not to be connected to sexual pleasure with PE.
- Detoxification from porn which have been going from the start. It have been cut seriously and is not a habit anymore.
As a initial trigger for my current PE operation, I am combating with my ED/ EQ issues, and try not to jump from porn related erections to PE induced erections.
I think it is not very clever to substitute a problem with another. Not declaring to have completely won but clearly on my way to personal triumph.

I noticed when I increased jelqing, pumping and clamping sets at the end of Period 2, that came with the unwanted arousal level with the urge to masturbate after workouts. If still not releasing I would be walking around with the loaded gun, and not able to concentrate and get my head sorted out clear enough on higher priorities in general.
I think I have masturbated enough to know that there are no gains available. Hate to say it out loud but some could seriously consider if they are masturbating or doing PE. If no gains are coming maybe there is possibility it is all about former. Just my thoughts and everyone run their operations as they prefer.

I bought myself a Ultrasound apparatus and I need a little guidance from you how to use it properly. Its 1MHz. How long should I do my warm ups and what intensity? And do I use it allso post workout? Thanks
