Update on two weeks progress, which is measurable

*Documented mseg is average from base (15.7), midshaft (14.9) and behind the glans girth (14.5) for more accurate volume calculation. Measurements were taken being 2 days off PE with 100mg of Viagra.
This was the closing cycle for this Period 2. Coming to the closure then workouts are mostly girth orientated without any serious efforts for stretching tunica or dorsal thickening longitudinally. Not for the first time as a consequence of this BPEL took a leap in gains. This sort of gain rate as I had these last few weeks, levels or even tops my previous best.
My unit is standing nicely against upped pumping pressures, and US heated restricted length clamping sessions are bringing girth back to play. I am feeling strong temptation to go on but then again, I need to take only a glimpse on my notes and see why I really shouldn´t.
Last time out after Period 1 I followed this same tempting gut feeling and ended up having practically next to nothing. Blister eventually was the unfortunate highlight which forced me to change this false course. I thought that had already learnt this lesson from the days in building my physique, but guess this was important reminder of how to manage long term workout plans
It is somehow paradoxical that at the time you have an urge to push for more, you start to be exhausted in your routines already. This is the moment athletes sometimes go wrong as they slip in the falsely build loop of training for the sake of training and lose their focus on building results. Sometimes it is necessary to keep up the momentum though it takes experience to recognize which way to proceed. Anyways In my books piling up the load and cumulating workout volume are not in the top shelf. Periodization is really more valuable.
At the time of this update I am already on mandatory decon which won´t be no longer than a few weeks. Manual stretching cut out already now for weeks and other stretching routines tuned down, it is assumed that collagen level healing processes already started at some degree in tunica.
Now taking 10 days off completely and another 10 days on newbie routine style jelqing combined with some penile bodybuilding. Starting really easy and gradually upping the efforts to be prepared for the real thing. There on I will continue to induce growth to catch up the difference in BPFSL and BPEL. I´ll aim for narrowing the gap to 1.2-1.4 cm, before starting Period 3 with the established practices of stretching.
For the Period 3 I will have an clear agenda which is reaching my goal.
Cycle 6.
Day 1
Started with morning pumping for 45 minutes. Begin with 4 inHG and for a few minutes pressure was almost completely off at some point, but for a latter part of this session it was 7 inHG.
During the day as opportunity arising I went for 40 min stress relaxation on PMP.
This was followed with 120 minutes of vac stretching with a low load under 1 kg.
Clamping session was carried out with Viagra and the shaft was all the way so rigid that pushing against the glans was not an option. 3x 10 minutes with US.
Day 2
Waking up and straight inside the pump with rock solid morning wood for 30 minutes at 7 inHG.
Afterwards measured 21.8cm from the tape put on the side of the cylinder during the session.
This was the length achieved with a brief visit up to 20 inHG for 20-30 seconds.
As a evening workout 120 minutes in vac stretching pretty much in stress relaxation mode only.
This was followed with Viagra boosted clamping for 3x10 min. Heated with US and pushing the glans against clamped shaft in two of the three sets. Poisson effect kicked in as I could measure 16cm (6.3 in) girth at around ¾ lenght of the shaft. This in my books is a huge expansion with 9% increasement in normal erect girth at this part of the shaft.
Between and after clamping sets jelq/AM for 30minutes.
Measured post pumping BPFSL 23.3cm during the day. Productive day as a whole.
Day 3
Woke up early again with a good morning wood. Went to pump it for 30 minutes with 7 inHG.
While still in bed did some edging for ~15 minutes.
Afternoon session took place in the form of vac stretching with stress relaxation portion for 120 minutes.
Late at night Viagra boosted clamping and jelqing as day before. Huge girth expansion again when pushing against the clamps with US heat on.
4x10min clamping and pumping at 7-10 inHG for 25 minutes. 30 minutes jelqing/AM divided before, between and after mentioned sets. This was supposed to be the grand finale.
First part of the clamping sets the shaft was too rigid for using Poisson effect, but after few minutes it started to soften and was moldable. First set was regular clamping only.
No measurements taken.
Day 4
Woke up once again really early with great hard on. Against the plan I decided to go for one more pumping session as equipment was easily available. 30 minutes with 7 inHG followed by 10 minutes of jelqing / edging. This is it for now. Hands off. Equipment in to a hide.
As a note to myself I am done with the 1.75 LeLuv cylinder, it´s time to move on with larger one.
I am filling this one all the way up immediately after applying the vacuum. Apparently the thinnest part of the shaft right behind the glans is not that thin anymore.
Day 5 to NA
Period 2 closed. Resting and deconditioning for few weeks now on. In deep analyzes and programming for the next period to come. Signing out for a while.
