For real this time
Having dabbled searched over this site and many others like it for the 1st time in the 6 years that I have been experimenting with P.E., starting this thread seems like the right way forward. Over the 6 years I have experimented with pills, manual exercises and pumps never able to keep up any set routine for more than 1 month.
I hope to keep up this thread as much as possible and speak more openly about my P.E. Experience. For now see below for my routine and measurements.
I look forward to any support or information provided by other members.

Routine 1st month
Morning
HOT shower and light stretching as warm up - 10 mins
Bath-mate pump - 5 mins
Jelq - 10 mins
Kegels - 5 mins
Bath-mate - 10 mins
Evening
Hot shower
Manual Stretching - 10 mins
