Thank you Buckfever, i appreciate it.

Well sky is the limit when it comes to length gains. I will get as much length as i can get. It will be legendary if i add another inch in the future. PE when done right its a unique experience, a transformational experience, since i used to be way smaller. This thing is so underground its crazy.

Exactly! Having your dick growing is just very cool. Congratulations on passing one milestone!

START 18/13.15 cm Jul 24th 18 (7.09/5.18") NOW 22.5/15.2 cm Fer 12th 20 (8.86/5.98") GOAL 8.5"/ 6"

When connective tissue is stretched within therapeutic temperatures ranging 102 to 110 F (38.9- 43.3 C), the amount of structural weakening produced by a given amount of tissue elongation varies inversely with the temperature. This is apparently related to the progressive increase in the viscous flow properties of the collagenous tissue when it is heated. (Warren et al (1971,1976)

Thanks. I am checking your progress as well. I keep an eye on manual routines as I am planning to run periods here and there with manuals only.

Hi gentle. Initially you pretty strongly advised against higher force stretching. It seems that you have had a change of heart. Looking back do you think you would have had the same gains or possibly quicker had you initially started with the higher intensity?

Hi GentlePsychopath,

I am looking at doing the newbie routine as suggested to tortugavioleta on page 4 of this thread. Do you think for a novice that the Angion Method can be used in tandem with your ideas?

Thank-you

That’s a good question. My thoughts haven’t changed, i still believe that higher forces can be counter productive in the long run and they can result in a plateau much faster. With higher intensity the gains will maybe be faster(not every time) but the cost will be a plateau sooner than with lower intensity. Studies show that stress relaxation is the most effective way to stretch. The tissue needs to adapt at a longer state not at a bigger weight or higher force.

The change in my approach is due to life circumstances. Long hours of work and no privacy makes it hard for me to do one hour of manual stretching with moderate force every day. But because i am addicted to gains and i dont want them to slow down very much, i changed my approach.

My routine now is not perfectly structured. If one day i can stretch only for 10-15 or even 20 mins, i stretch with very high forces. If my schedule is better and i can stretch for 30-40 mins i focus more on longer sets with less force. The same if can stretch for 1 hour. At the end of a long stretch i increase the intensity a lot for short amount of time before i release it.

Although its a rule that if you use higher forces you need more rest days. Thats what i do and sometimes my schedule is 3on/3off.

Thanks for the reply my man. May I also ask your age? And what is your typical flaccid length? How much would you say you’ve gained in over all flaccid and Nbel?

I am in my mid twenties. The problem is that i am not sure about my pre-PE flaccid size. I have definitely gained a lot in flaccid, the difference is very noticeable. My flaccid is now 5-5.5 inches sometimes more sometimes less.

My Nbpel always follows my Bpel gains. My fat pad has been historically 1-1.2 cm or 0.4-0.5 inches. I started at 6.5 inches bpel and 6 nbpel maybe a little more i am not sure, because my measuring tegnigue was not very trustworthy back then. Now after almost 2 years i am 8 inches bpel and 7.5 nbpel.

That’s very impressive man. 7.5 nbpel is huge. And a 5+ flaccid is an eye popper for sure. You’re thread has been highly inspirational and motivating to me. Thanks for sharing your journey.

GentlePsychopath,

Do you believe you have had to contend with dorsal thickening/septum?

Hey Gentlepsychopath, I can see there are several months since you updated your thread.

How is your progress? Still on it?

Last year I had gained 1 cm, but after some months of consistent stretching, I stopped. This was due to life circumstances but also because I of getting tired, both physically and mentally. Keeping consistency and motivation seems to be one of the most important factors in the journey.

I am on it again for 1.5 month already. This time I am adding gradually side fulcrum stretching in my routine. I have not measured because I have the “measurement anxiety”. I do not want o measure very often. I plan to do it end of September and end of December.

Also, I would like to begin a consistent kegel routine. I think that you wrote in the past that you kegel consistently. Is there a specific routine that you are following? Any tips or thread? I was wondering what you consider as the biggest benefits of Kegels. Are they PE related or sex performance related?

At any case thanks for your help. Your journey is inspiring :)

Start 05/09/2017: BPEL 6.1'', NBPEL 5.5'' (at best) , EG 5.1''

Goal: BPEL 7'', NBEL: 6''+ , EG whatever

This is one of the best threads about manual stretching that I’ve read. I will incorporate this stretching technique into my own routine! Thanks gentalpsychopath for reminding me how to stretch correctly, 5 star thread.

Hey srep. Thanks for asking. I am of course still on it, but my schedule during the summer was not structured. Some days i stretch and others i don’t, something like 3on/3off.

I am not in a hurry for gains because i am pretty big at this point since when i started. I am very close to 8.1 bpel and my nbpel is now 7.6 inches.

You don’t have to measure very often, but even when you measure you should have a clear mind and not get discouraged. If you are consistent you will grow, your penis will be bigger than it was before. That’s enough, don’t get mad about a specific number or timeline.

Focus on basic stretching and like you said slowly add the side fulcrum stretching. You already have gained so you know how to do it right.

About the kegels, i don’t follow a specific routine. The most important factor i think is to focus on the quality of each contraction. First focus on the intensity of the contraction and then on the duration. I dont even count, i just do them throughout the day but i do them right. When you kegel try to visualise an upward movement, like you are trying to move your balls up with the kegel. This is a speculation but i think its helpful because it makes it easier to target the IC muscle better.

The biggest benefits from kegels are not PE related. They are definitely sex performance related. As the muscles grow the contractions are way stronger and you can force more blood to your penis. This means faster erections.
Also i have find that you can literally fuck for hours if your muscles are developed. I can keep an erection for a very long time like its nothing.
Another important thing is that kegels give overall longevity because you can control the muscles better. The crazy part is that when i am very close to ejaculate i stop the stimulation completely and i kegel hard. If the timing is right, nothing is coming out, my erection only drops a little and i can keep going.
