Thanks for the advice. Like you have said in this thread, consistency is the key.

Recently I realized that my measurements are a bit skewed because I position the ruler horizontally to the floor, instead of vertically. When I put it vertically, the measurement is easily 0.5 cm smaller. It may sound like nothing, but since we are looking for gradual millimeter gains, it means that even the way you hold the ruler can produce false measurements. The good thing in my case is that I have always kept it horizontal, so yes, my gains last year where existent (not sure if they are still there).

Thanks for the advice. Yes, at the moment I am doing 5 minutes heating with IR lamp (by the way, IR lamp is a very convenient and discreet way to heat) and then

- 10 minutes V Grip downward stretch (left and right hand)
- 10 minutes V Grip side fulcrum stretch (left and right hand)
- 10 minutes V Grip downward stretch ((left and right hand))

I still need to revise Mariner’a thread where he also gives advice for the fulcrum size and several techniques. For now I use a small but thick glass water bottle as a fulcrum. I also try not to put too much force when I fulcrum.

Does that sound right? From your thread, I know that you are in favor of A stretches using your non-grip hand as a fulcrum.

I think I am very early to all this kegel thing. I am trying to do 5 minutes 1-2 seconds kegels and then another 5 minutes with up to 5 seconds kegels.

I have a question if you do not mind: I had read a resource (which I cannot reference right now) saying that when kegeling you should not move the anus, but only the muscle that moves the penis. It was saying that if you move the anus at the same time then it means that you are doing Kegels wrong, because you have to isolate the muscle that moves only the penis. Does this make sense?

Measuring is more complicated than it sounds. A slight body position change can influence the measurement. I am very aware of that and i measure every time at the same position, both horizontally and vertically. Tracking progress, even 1mm are the only thing i care about.

I sincerely like very much your routine because you focus on downward stretching and you add 10 minutes of fulcrum stretching. Heating also plays a very important role, after Kyrpa’s results i am convinced that helps A LOT. I prefer the A stretch because i can stretch with more force and i do that at the end of my workout when the penis has lose its elasticity. Side fulcrum stretching although is better for length and the glass bottle is the ideal fulcrum.

The source about kegels is not right. You can’t kegel without moving the anus, because all these muscles are inter-connected. But as you progress and you develop the muscles you can flex the right muscles with a lighter contraction of the bc muscle (anus). But you can’t avoid it completely and you can’t isolate them 100%. It doesn’t matter however because every contraction target all of them.

The best way to target more the right muscles the pc and especially the ic muscle is to become erect, put some resistance and kegel. Simple isometric exercise, i do it with my palm or with some cloth, like the towel raises.

Once your grip is set, how much time does it take for you to reach your FSL? How slowly do you pull your stretch? Hope that makes sense :)

Of course it makes sense!

I almost immediately reach my Fsl, but not more. I mean there is no point to stretch half way and wait. The key is to reach it immediately and slowly (not with high force) but then stay exactly at your Fsl and dont even try to hold it, just let the gravity keep the stretch, if it makes sense. I use the V grip as i have mentioned a lot of times and i place my non gripping hand over the grip for support. Then i lean in and just “push” my body downward, the force applied is almost only from my bodyweight. This way your hands and your body are not fatigued and your penis stretched more, so it’s a win-win.

After more or less 2-3 minutes, i start to use my grip for more force and at the end of the set i stretch hard for a short amount of time.

I have a hard time with the V grip while stretching downward, it’s such an awkward position to have my hand turned to face my body while gripping and pulling… I feel like a contortionist lol. Any tips on how to make this easier? I’ve been doing it for a couple weeks and its still feels weird.

Finally i broke the 21.7 cm Bpfsl. I was close to 22 cm Bpfsl for quite some time and i wasn’t very consistent for the past 2-3 months.

Now i am over 22 cm Bpfsl maybe 22.2 cm. The past two weeks i only do a good number of downward fulcrum stretches. I hold some of them for 2 minutes and then i do many shorter sets. At the end of each fulcrum stretch i hold an intense simple downward or straight out stretch. I just go with my feeling and good technique.

Hi, I read your posts everyday for about 2 weeks and also read Marinera’s post on stretching before starting the length routine only, as I have already gained good girth in 4 weeks by doing newbie routine. So I wanted length gains, because I think I am hard length gainer.

Last week I started doing manual stretches only for about 30 minutes. I don’t put too much stress on my penis while pulling as you mentioned. I am just following your routine basically.
And in a week I have gained about 0.2 inch in length, I am still faar away from my goal of 6.5 non bone pressed.
But I just wanted to thank you for sharing your experience with us. I still read your post every other day just so I don’t miss any point. I am just very happy to see gains in my length.
