I can tell you that is a crazy experience. I have been with many women, a lot of them was older than me and i have received any kind of compliment. When i was 6.5 inches i had a great sex life but i never heard any compliment for my size. The compliments started when i was 7.5 bpel and at 8 inches every girl that i have been with commented on my size.
Beside this, i almost never had the experience of hitting the cervix during sex and now it happens everytime in every case. I remember the first that it happened i was totally blown away. Also the sensations of hitting deeper spots are amazing.

Although I cannot always tell I’m larger unless measuring, I believe I carry that extra length mentally as confidence. I am beginning to lose the unhealthy habit of gauging a women as to whether I would satisfy them with my current size. I feel the numbers bring a sort of concrete confidence that cannot he swayed with simple opinions. It’s rather refreshing and feels like a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders!

Thank you very much man. I agree 100% with what you say. The numbers and the ruler doesn’t lie and brings an objectively perception of size, which is not based on validation from women. Validation is good and normal but it can easily become an obsession, so we should snap ourselves out of it constantly. That being said significant measurable increases after the newbie gains are hard to achieve and requires time and effort. So we should first appreciate and enjoy our gains and second be focused and patient for the future gains, the process is long but rewarding.

Some of them yes told me that is too big and i couldn’t thrust all the way at high EQ without hitting their cervix. I have noticed that skinnier girls can take less than girls with more weight.

Both are good and it’s hard to say which one is better because everyone is different and many factors are involved. For a long time i stretched for 40 minutes all at once and i gained very good, long term consistency is far more important.

That being said i think high frequency is really effective for gaining length and i have noticed that many big gainers who used manual stretching had the high frequency approach. Bennet8 is a good example and many others from this and from another forum.

I like to do a longer session with moderate force and then to add more stretchers, especially fulcrums, throughout the day with short duration and higher forces.

This is inspiring, your thread has opened a new outlook on approach to gains, also very similar goal to me with wanting to reach such size, which you have accomplished. Well done. (I have a progress thread as well If you want to watch it and help share thoughts).

I’m very new to this, I have been going strong but as of late have taken a few breaks and will be getting back into it with consistency, following the newbie routine currently as of course it is the suggested routine for people like me. But, as of late, I have been thinking on what my new routine will be when I complete my conditioning to the newbie routine, it’s mentally taxing to figure out what I should do; have you got any advice for me friend?

The videos are not very good. I don’t think that the fingers should be used as a fulcrum. I use my forearm or a bottle of wine both for V and A stretch. Also you are not supposed to feel something specific during the fulcrum stretch. You should feel your penis stretched good over the surface of the fulcrum and then relax the tension you when reach your max length and hold: memento - Mem’s Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism

My workout at the moment is only dry jelqing. I am doing an experiment and i want to see if the dry jelqs can give me length gains without stretching, so i can value their effectiveness.
