Jelqs before the stretches? I’ve been doing it after a 20 minute stretch session (forward-down-left-right) for about 5-7 minutes.

I prefer to jelq before stretching because jelqing makes the penis more stretchable, i feel like the tunica is more relaxed.

I am doing fine, i am back to stretching, not very consistently though. I am not in a hurry but at the same time i am looking for gains. I am 8.2 bpel at the moment.

Hello,I just read all of this thread, I learn a lot from this. I have some question you start this in 2017 now is 2020 you got some improvements in length? Or you just stop? A half of your gains you lost or not?

Any suggestions for me I just did 6 months JP 90 and didn’t gain anything, should I just stretch 15-20 min with warmup and warm down?PS:sorry for bad English;)

You thread and Marinera’s got my attention some 2 months ago after 14 years not having the time to do some PE.

I’m a little confused of how to perform the V grip on simple downward stretches. I’m using the V Grip with the palms facing on the outside as Marinera illustrates it for an upward fulcrum , but I found it awkward and cannot do it without a slight tilt of the glans …
Also tried to use a V grip with the palm facing the top dorsal part of my shaft and hooking under the glans with the glans protruding forward and the tips of the two fingers pointing inward touching the frenulum . This one is more easy on my wrists.

Any advice for the best grip ?

Okay, this is up here for some time now… Who tried this and any results?

I tried it!
I was almost a non length gainer ( I was only a big girth gainer) and with this shit I gained 6mm in just 6 weeks!!!!
Then I was greedy and upped the intensity and the frequency and the volume and gains stopped.

I ll do 6 more weeks of this and this time I ll keep the intensity/vol/freq that made me gain ( int is the one that is described by the OP in this thread).
Then I ll take 1 week off and continue doing the same.

The volume and freq that worked for me was 35 mins / 5days per week.

I don’t bother pulling hard when my unit is like strong rubber. There are things that seem to increase stretchiness and that would be worthy of a thread on its own. When I was doing ultrasound stretching then cooling with an ice pack a few hours later there was great elasticity. Same with doing that progressive relaxation on marineras thread. To make life easier I want to use a pulley system with bungey rope and attachment where I can comfortably pull a little, a little more, then let go - until elasticity is achieved

The routine is in the thread BUT the most important thing is the the details of the technique which is also in this thread.

Hello David, sorry for the late response. I didn’t stop exactly but the last year i wasn’t consistent due to my life schedule. I haven’t lost anything in fact i made small improvements on length and girth. My bpel is now 8.2 inches. The past two months i am on a decon break, because the gains are really hard to achieve now and i am not consistent either. I am sure that i will gain better if i take some time off.

Yes I would advice you to just stretch for 15-20 mins with warm up and with the stretching tips on this thread. About the warmdown, do it if you want, i use to edge for a warmdown.

Hey KeyserSoze27 glad you find my thread and decided to give it a try. I know that my explanation about the V grip isn’t detailed enough but it’s not an easy to describe. You are right that the grip with the palm facing outside is for the upward stretches. We are more interested in the grip with the palm facing the dorsal side of the penis as you said, which is for the downward stretching.

Put the dorsal side of the glans in the space created between the index and the middle finger. You don’t have to fully rotate your wrist in order to do that, just enough to grip the glans with these two fingers. When i perform the stretch my palm doesn’t completely face me, instead it face a little to the side, because I don’t fully rotate my wirst.

I couldn’t said it better my self. The routine is very simple, it’s just stretching. All the success come from the right technique. It’s like weight lifting, where the point is not to move the weight from point A to point B, but you have to do it with the right technique to maximize the results.

Also thank you for promoting my thread a lot and i am really pleased that it have worked for you. I hope more gains will come in the future, PE is a longterm sport.
