Gentlepsychopath how you doing ?

It seems I’ve reached my plateau at 19.5cm . No gains since December. Nothing…. zilt.
Tried everything . One month decon … nothing. Increased total time to 50 minutes … nothing. Now i’m back to 30 minutes as I was 4 months ago.. Nothing for the time been.
Did the stupid thing on December to start clamping for 3 weeks, and it seems it f*cked everything. Stopped since then all girth exercises .
I see you also got stuck at 19.5cm for months.

I know this isn’t related to your post, but do you have an upward curve in the shaft? (not tight ligaments)

Yep. Over 30 degrees upward curve(highly possible that I have a Peyronie’s scar on the top since my preteen days),plus a “steel” cord.Got some gain since the post but it takes months to get there…

Hey at least you gained something, I too have a upward curve, that causes that tight septum problem/steel cord, hard gainer. Its not dorsal thickening, just a fucking tight septum. I would give way my curve if I could to get easier gains , 2 inches gained are way more worthy that a fucking upward curve.

Yeah, but is to keep him occupied when he comes back, if ever XD. People who see that PE works and get nice gains tend to leave the forums, and I think it’s normal, they post their routines, contribute to the community and then leave and take a rest. I read through Gentle’s entire thread and admit to being skeptical. How could gentle stretching and holding possibly be more effective than the high force extending and pumping that I was doing? I’m currently 2 weeks into a deconditioning break but decided to do some gentle stretching and holding last night while watching TV. Figured it wouldn’t be enough to affect my decon. Stretched gently and did 3-4 minute holds for about 20 minutes with slightly increased tension toward the end of each set.

I measure myself every day to check for any losses during decon. This morning my BPFSL was 1/8” longer. This after many months of zero gains. Wow! I’m sold! Credit to Gentle and Marinera for any gains going forward. Hope to see Gentle back on the forum soon.

Thanks for posting and sharing your own experience, I keep and eye on this threadregularly with hope to see more posts like yours to help me keep on the right track.

Only a temporary gain but pretty encouraging after going for like 4 months without a mm to show for it. Will probably go all in after deconditioning break

Is it normal that we don’t get any “pump” after an only stretches routine??

I’m used to being pumped for hours after a jelq routine, so I wanted to know if it’s ok not to get a pump after 30min of stretching.

I’ve been doing a similar routine lately. I do girth work as well but only been doing manual stretches for at least a good half hour. I wasn’t doing much length work up until recently but now I want to see how I can gain with just regular stretching

Aren’t A-stretches supposed to be good for guys with upward curves and/or “steel” cords?

My curve isn’t super prominent, but I feel like the A-stretches help. Otherwise for manuals, I tend to stick mostly with downward and sideways stretches. I feel my cord has loosened a bit from doing almost daily A-stretches (started with 5-10 seconds at each pee break, but starting to go closer to 20 second holds now). Easy exercise to do pretty much anywhere there’s a bathroom with a modicum of privacy. Also the BTCs while sitting at my desk seem to be helping.


Start: BPEL 6 3/4 MEG 4 3/4 BPFSL 6 7/8

Goal: at least 7 1/2 NBPEL x 5 1/2 MEG.
