Newbie Trying GentlePs Protocol

Does the routine call for V stretched or just A stretches?

I started with the newbie routine for a couple of weeks and wasn’t a huge fan of the manual stretching although I have been wet jelqing for a couple months. It just didn’t feel like the manual stretching was having any impact compared to the A stretch. I really like the A stretch because it feels like the shaft elongates and when it is pressed against the wrist (like a cock watch?), it expands the cock much more effective than just pulling it in one direction. For me, I don’t feel any loss in EQ, especially given that I’m following GP’s sage advice to not overstretch. Makes me feel a lot more comfortable from a safety perspective. And with the jelqing I feel like my EQ is really good. The A stretch feel like it contributes positively too. My BPEL is like 6.5 and NBPEL is like 5.75. I’d love to hit 7.5-8 on NBPEL and I’m willing to work for it but honestly just the improvement in my EQ is good enough for me. My sexual performance has absolutely improved. I’m fucking daily and hard as a rock. Prob has to do with being less stressed compared to past couple years but I’m in early 30s and don’t have the same drive as I did in my teens and 20s so to get that back is awesome.

Will come back to this thread with more updates. I’m gonna keep doing the newbie routine except I’m gonna substitute 5 min manual stretch with GP’s 30 min routine.
