Still impressive gains! When the level of progression slows down keep doing what you are doing and wait a little more to change your routine. You can raise the time under tension a bit. When something works keep doing it, even if the gains are slower it’s still worth it, don’t expect to gain every time with the same speed.

The best way in my opinion to maximize the gains is to go on a decon when you see that it’s really hard to achieve any improvement.

Thanks for asking Lenny! Yes i have definitely accomplished my first goal. Now i am on a decon break because i feel that is the most wise option for me at the moment. I have not done any PE the last 4-5 months and i have not lost anything. I am still 8.2 bpel at my max EQ.

I am not exactly sure about how long my decon break will be, but i am sure that it’s a necessary process and i am positive that it will lead to more gains in the future.

First of all, congratulations on your winnings I would really like to achieve these winnings too. It’s now since November 2019 that I started the “PE”, recently I stopped for 1 month and resumed it 2 weeks ago.
Today I am at 13.5 cm in BPEL and 16 cm in MSEG. And I would very much like to concentrate on the length.

Here is my training that I started 2 weeks ago:

Middle Stretch
Stretch down
Stretch bottom right
Stretch at bottom left
Straight Stretch
Stretch left
Stretch on top
Stretch top right
Stretch top left

Each stretch lasts 1 min but the total session lasts 10 min. But unfortunately, I have not had any gains in length so far.

I just have a few questions about your training:

1) I would like to practice your routine too and I wanted to know how long does a stretch last for you?

2) Do you use a pump?

3) Do you also do A and V stretch? (I have never practiced)

4) If it is possible to clearly detail your complete routine with all the exercises so that we can all benefit from them.

Goal: BPEL 7.5” MSEG 5.5” BEG 6.0” BPFL 6.5”

I d like to say that this method is the only thing that is giving me length gains.

I d also like to say that a hanger or an extender front piece with a rope can be used for convinience.

I noticed something out of the norm for the majority of guys here. Progress is fine I’m at 19.1cm BPEL right now(+3.1cm/+1.22Inch since last April) even after a girth routine that have totally stopped my length gains for some weeks and stopped doing them.

The thing is that my BPFSL is constantly 1cm~0.8cm LESS than my BPEL! It was equal 8 months ago with my BPEL, but even since it is always less.

I know your BPFSL is always bigger than you BPel and it”s the norm….

Congratulations on your gains, you have made amazing progress.

It’s uncommon for the Bpel to be bigger than the Bpfsl but not unheard of. However it isn’t something you should worry about, you have gained 1.22 inch, which is A LOT, in a short time frame. I don’t really know the reason behind this, but make sure you are stretching your penis to its fullest when measuring Bpfsl. For some people its uncomfortable to stretch thier penis this way and maybe they don’t reach max length.

After 6 months yes you can try but with caution. Do it like an experiment and see how they feel like. Don’t overdo them, just add a few fulcrums here and there but the main focus should be the simple stretches.

OH hi, thanks for the reply, I am 2 to 3 months in already notice 0.5 inch gains, probably ligament gains, I started incorporating A fulcrums this week 3 to 5 mins sets, I tried side fulcrums just to feel it, I will just keep doing A fulcrums for now and add side fulcrums months later. I use a 2.5 to 3 inches diameter bottle to do the fulcrum. My simple stretch of election is BTC in my bed sideways, it allows to be warm and hold my Dick behind the cheeks for 10+ mins with my hand, stretching the shaft and ligs. I would like to add normal straight down while sitting but my home is cold and I think it prejudices the stretch.

Hey psychopath, are you still incorporating the side fulcrums in your routine?

At least in my case 2 days off/week is a must for gaining.

I do think 2 days off per week is a good spot for gains enought rest and time under tension, it helps to grow, it helps to rest the tissues, and it helps to avoid tissue adaptation.
