Did you notice less gains if you didn’t edge after stretching?

Yes and it worked quite well. But at some point i think it will make more worse than good. Also when i did it every day, the volume was less, somewhere between 20-30 mins.

Have one more question. I doing the upward side fulcrum (positioning the fulcrum on the side like EnteR from the following link ) for a month now and I just realised that both Marinera and this guy Stiramenti col fulcro:
are twisting their shaft when doing this exercise. Tried to do it like this yesterday and it is not very comfortable after some minutes! Are you doing them like this with a twist at the end? Using your hand as a fulcrum in original or vertical?

In this type of stretch i also twist the shaft a little. There is not a correct way to do it, do what feels more comfortable to you, everyone is different. If i dont do a small twist i get a little pain on the side of my shaft, so if you feel comfortable doing it without twisting by all means do it. I use my forearm as a fulcrum, the angle isn’t so important, what matters is how long you can relax and hold without apply so much pressure at the glans. Visualize to drag your penis over the fulcrum, doesn’t matter how much force you apply, you want to see the whole surface of the penis to expand.

Since the Covid-19 situation obliged me to work at home starting from April the 14th ,the extra free time give me the opportunity to start again PE and gained +1.8cm length in the last ~5 months.
Gained much faster than last time 16 years ago when I first started PE (2004-2006) . Losing 20lb in the last 6 months also helped a lot.
At this point my routine is 20 minutes simple downward V-stretch(holding my grip for 5 minutes) and 4 minutes downward fulcrum (2 minutes grip) + 6 minutes side fulcrum (1.5 minutes grip) .Total time of 30 minutes spead during the day (6 days-one off) not counting the pauses .
Heat is the secret for my routine , like last time with my jelqing routine.
Just to add that stretches totaly destroyed my EQ , so in the last 2 weeks I started jelqing again , and as expected I gained back my EQ back plus my girth is rising again .
Let see if I will have the time in the next months to continue my PE since I’m married with a child and free time is non existent….

Congratulations brother, 1.8 cm is a lot. I am really happy about your success. Also the way you structured your routine is very smart. The focus should always be on the simple downward stretching and then add the fulcrums at the end of the workout, with long holds and heat.

Gentle, what’s your view on edging/jelqing after stretching? Is it a requirement for gaining with this kind of a stretching routine in your experience?

I don’t it’s necessary. If it helps? Maybe but i can’t prove it. I have been through periods when i edged after stretching and periods when i didn’t. I didn’t notice any difference in gaining. It’s always a healthy thing to force blood in the penis after prolonged stretching, but i don’t think that it has a big impact in terms of gains.

I honestly don’t believe at this theory at all. It’s simple a muscle-ligament connection. My LOT is very low, but because my pelvic floor muscles are really strong i can feel the tug almost everywhere. The higher, the strongest the pull back for me.

Since you are using your forearm it must be a little easier than using my glass bottle !!!
I cannot twist and finalise the Marinera’s movement without irritating my skin ….. maybe some lube can fix the issue.

After using the fulcrums my shaft is so relaxed that I can feel a gap between my Dorsal “cord of steel —> :( ” and the Urethra. My Tunica is extremely relaxed .

The glass bottle is a better fulcrum than the hand, i have used it myself. Although my hand is more convenient because i can stretch any time i want even when i haven’t privacy.

I am not sure if the lube is a good idea, it causes so much slippage. What about some baby powder?

You feel the shaft more relaxed because these stretches are really intense. I have noticed it too. With the simple stretches sometimes my penis at some point may become a little erect, more like a semi erection. Then if i do a long set of fulcrum stretch, my penis become completely flaccid and ready to stretch.

Got another 25mm in the last week and I ‘m at 7.16 inches(18.2cm) right now . Getting 15mm ~ 28mm every ~7 days, but this level of progression will stop soon,as excepted, probably around 19cm .Then I will introduce a routine change us usual.
Still some weeks to go before reaching my 2006 length stats….
