How your routine looks like?
I’ve taken your advice and over the last couple of months I’ve gradually increased my total stretching time from about ten minutes per day to, presently, about twenty to twenty five minutes.
I do a stretching routine of about 15 minutes, consisting of straight down and straight out stretches, followed by 200 to 250 wet jelqs, and if I have time I end my session with ten to fifteen minutes of edging. My routine is 5 on and 2 off.
And I’m now also doing 4 or 5 two minutes each stretching sessions when I can throughout the day so total time under tension per day is around 25 minutes, like you recommend. And I don’t pull all that hard either, just enough to feel a little bit of a tug in my ligs.
This new routine has gotten me over a plateau where I was stuck at 7.75” BPEL for quite some time. I’m now close to 8” pretty consistently and the best part is my EQ is through the roof.
I have major wood every morning, I’m having sex with my lady about three times a week, no drugs needed, and I’m 60 years old. Who would have thought?
I guess I just needed to increase the total time under tension like you’ve been saying.
