I’m the same length as you, very close to 8” NBPEL but I’m about 6.75” NBPEL. My goal is to get my NBP to where you are now.

The truth is that i have an extremely fit physique and my fat pad has always been exactly 1cm or 0.4 inch measured correctly from the top.

How your routine looks like?

I’ve taken your advice and over the last couple of months I’ve gradually increased my total stretching time from about ten minutes per day to, presently, about twenty to twenty five minutes.

I do a stretching routine of about 15 minutes, consisting of straight down and straight out stretches, followed by 200 to 250 wet jelqs, and if I have time I end my session with ten to fifteen minutes of edging. My routine is 5 on and 2 off.

And I’m now also doing 4 or 5 two minutes each stretching sessions when I can throughout the day so total time under tension per day is around 25 minutes, like you recommend. And I don’t pull all that hard either, just enough to feel a little bit of a tug in my ligs.

This new routine has gotten me over a plateau where I was stuck at 7.75” BPEL for quite some time. I’m now close to 8” pretty consistently and the best part is my EQ is through the roof.

I have major wood every morning, I’m having sex with my lady about three times a week, no drugs needed, and I’m 60 years old. Who would have thought?

I guess I just needed to increase the total time under tension like you’ve been saying.
I’m sure glad I did.

After reading your post I will work better on my stretches, I don’t know why, I was pretty doubtful about their usefulness.. But let see.I’m a newbie by the way but I was only increasing kegels, and actually I was having more girth gains than length gains, which I quite liked. But your story its inspiring yeah ;)

About the stretches i believe technique is a huge factor. Your grip plays very important role and you should try to increase the duration of each set as you gain more experience.

For me is all about the length. I will try to gain girth later in my PE journey.

I know that jelqing is king when it comes to girth gains. Although i have a belief that fulcrum stretches over a thick fulcrum can permantly increase girth, but it can take years.
A stretches and V stretches with the penis flat over a thick fulcrum cause great width oriented expansion.

Everything is good bro thanks. What about you?

My routine now is downward stretching and A stretches. My A stretches are now much more intense and with time i have find the way to make the A stretch a powerful stretch.

My goal is to reach 5 hours under tension every week, sometimes a little more.

To all manual stretchers

Very old but helpful thread. I use a variation of RB’s tip and combined with the V grip the result is an amazing and powerful grip.

By the way RB’s last activity was in 2009. According to his stats he gained 3.5 inches in length.

I’m fine! Tried hanging for a while but it was really uncomfortable so i gave up. Right now i’m using my homemade hanger in order to grip the penis behind the glans, and then i stretch that with my hands in such a way that it creates an angle like the v-grip does and therefore keeps the tension on the internal and not the skin. That way i can watch a movie or read a book and keep a 30+ minute stretch this whole time.

Even though i wasn’t very assiduous all this time, so it could be natural, i can’t seem to get to the 18cm milestone and i’m thinking that maybe it’s because i have completely stopped pre-heating. Do you still do that?

Guys, I’ve got a question for you: I’m a novice in this whole penis enlargement business, using the “newbie” user’s routine for about three months, (the routine: 2-3 seconds strokes with an overhand grip for 10-15 minutes, no warm-up, no nothing, 5 days a week).

I’ve been noticing increase in my flaccid length, but not much of anything in my erect length. It looks bigger, but the ruler says otherwise.

Can somebody tell me if this will move in another direction? Does anyone of you have any advice about it, (aside from the patience)?

I’ve been on your same boat (I started PEing little before you, end of July and not so regularly in the beginning), my flaccid grew first but few days ago I measured the first appreciable gains, (0,7 lenght-0,5 girth) anyway I use EQ increase as first indicator. As soon as I feel it going down I slow or smooth my routine. I think this helped me a lot in the last month more than the minutes of workout.
That’s my feeling. And by the way the EQ increase, that’s the most impressing for me. I’m young, 23, but still I didn’t have so many and so strong morning and night hoods since my teen, that’s sure.

.and I’ve been only increasing and mixing-up the basic routine for now.

So keep on, seems it works for real ;) !!
