Pain is always bad. Whats your routine? Are you a newbie? if you are you shouldnt do high intensity routine. Do you take rest days?

You should always pull the foreskin back. I hold at the start of my glans.

I have taken my stretching sessions to another level. Now i am able to hold one stretch for almost 10 mins with the same grip. During the 7-8 mins set i switch from a downward stretch, to a side fulcrum stretch working both sides without the need to re-grip.

My variation of side fulcrum stretching: I perform a SO stretch and then i use the forearm of my left hand(the no gripping hand) as a fulcrum. I place the side of my penis on my forearm and i stretch it-drug it over the fulcrum for 1-2 mins(maybe more).

Marinera’s advice is true: For length, side fulcrum stretching is better, because when the penis lies flat on the fulcrum it also expand girthwise and the penis can be stretched less(lengthwise). But when the side of the penis is in touch with the fulcrum, better lengthwise expansion is achieved.

Hey gentlepsychopath, how are you doing these days ? I am wondering how your sessions looks like nowadays, have you incorporated any jelqings or you are still doing just stretches ? Are you still gaining from that ?

Everything is good my friend thank you. I am still gaining only from a stretching routine.
My routine is downward stretches and side fulcrum stretches. My goal is to stretch 240 minutes every week and then i rest for two days.

hows your gains going ? are you still doing those long ass stretching sessions?


Then- 5.7 x 4.7 (bpel x mseg)

Now- 7.1 x 5.1 (beg 5.5) // Goal-> 8 x 5.5+

I am still gaining but i dont want to measure very often. Yes my main focus is downward stretching with long duration sets.

My Bpfsl is growing and thats a very good sign that my routine is still working. I want to keep my routine simple because i dont want to toughen my tissues and i will let consistency do the work in the long run. When i stretch my flaccid, my penis is not tough and it is easily stretchable. I see that as positive sign for my gaining potential.

Now i am a legit 7.7 Bpel measured from the top and 7.3 Nbpel, back then i was 6.5 Bpel. This June i close a year of consistent PE.

Congratulations! Having the discipline to keep it in the sweet spot does seem to be the key to those who have success.

Your exactly right. Many blow past the sweetspot thinking more is better.

I tried out downward stretching only for around 2- 3 months but gave it up after not even gaining a mm. Maybe I did not do it long enough, who knows.

Question is how much have you gained from this type of stretching and in how long a time frame?


Stats as of now: 20 cm BPEL/ 14 cm GIRTH. Started out at: 16 cm BPEL/ 11.8 cm GIRTH.

If you stretch your penis upward, straight out and downward you will find that the downward stretch apply more tension to the dorsal side of the penis. We want to target the dorsal side because the dorsal tunica surrounds the corpora cavernosa of the penis and thats where the gains come from. Everytime you move the stretch up you target the dorsal tunica less.

I have gained 1.2 in length in 10-11 months.
