Gentlepsycopath's road to 8 inches

Recently i have added side upward fulcrum stretches to my routine. Its a great stretch, basically is a V stretch with the side of the penis relying on the fulcrum.

I believe that is far better than the original V stretch, because you can target the tunica in a more effective way and you can feel it while doing it, its more intense.

I cant find any positive feedback for this stretch on the forum(except for Marinera’s thread) so i will track my progress with it. I am sure that is one of the best length exercises.

Thank you Gentlepsycopath for the Marinera post reference! That was exactly what I needed considering I just started my routine less then a week ago, and iam a firm believer in manual stretching. Good info !

You can ask whatever you want about your routine. I am a great believer in manual stretching also.

I am over 7.5 bpel. I measured almost 7.7 today but i couldnt keep a good EQ because i measured after my stretching routine while edging.

My BPFSL is 8.1, i am really amazed about how fast my BPFSL grows.

I will repeat my bpel measurement at the end of the year and if i am really 7.7 i will celebrate it. I will go out and buy my friends drinks and they will not know the reason. LOL

Not clamping? Was thinking edging while clamped for the fun factor :D , seems to work too. I mean if I don’t gain I don’t really mind since I’m 5.3 already

If you want you can try clamping but for me is a very intense PE method. So if you dont aim to gain a lot of girth then why not to stick with jelqs and see what happens?

Well I have a 5.3 starting girth

Gonna use extender for 1500 hours for length first, then will go for 5.75 girth.

I think I can reach 7.75 x 5.75 since I start with 6.7 x 5.3

Good luck bro! your goal is very realistic.

I dont know a thing about the extenders. I cant even believe the gains i have made from manual stretching. I remember that 7 months ago no matter how i tried i never was able to reach 17 cm in the ruler. Now my semi erection is 17.5 cm.

Yeah, looks so.

Anyway I will be happy even with 7.3 x 5.3 , I’m only 0.4” away from it. You know I just want physical proof to my eyes that it works :D , once I reach 7.3 I’ll know for sure it works since I would have gained 0.6” in that case

Starting stats:- Dec11th2008 7.2"bpelx6" meg.Mar23rd09 8.375"bpel x 6.125"meg. Mar10 8.4" bpelx6.125" meg.

The last two weeks i go 6on/1off. I am very motivated, i recieve compliments about my size. I cant even recognize my penis sometimes at full erection veins are different and bigger. Now i am a little more than 7 Nbpel.

But maybe i should go for 5on/2off because yesterday when i had sex my EQ was bad.

7 NBPEL is very big, what’s your girth?

The jump from 6 NBPEL to 7 NBPEL imo is the most important one cause you leave behind everything related to average (below & above average) and it finally starts to look big.

Given an average of 5.877, at 7.5 BPEL you’re now bigger than 98% of guys length wise.

Basically you went from being 1 in 4 to 1 in 50
