I calculated this for 30 minutes from Marinera’s tip of 2/5 Simple Stretches, 2/5 Side Fulcrum Stretches and 1/5 Downward Fulcrum Stretches.
-The 6th day, half that routine.
-7th Rest.
Using V or Reverse V grip. Applying some baby powder and maybe a piece of cotton for extra grip.
I think this should work but what do you think, should I add something, take something out? Also did you use progressive stress relaxation when stretching?
As a beginner should I just stick to Simple Stretches for a month or so?
Hello my friend. I like the fact that you are searching and reading before you start, i did the same thing.
First of all forget the fulcrum stretches for now. Doing fulcrums as a newbie the only thing that you will gain is a stronger tunica and you will prevent your future gains. Thats because with fulcrums you apply very high forces and as a reaction to that, your no conditioned penis will become tougher very fast.
The most important thing is time under tension, remember that. Thats why at first you want simple stretches, to gently stimulate your penis to grow. I start to do fulcrums after 3-4 months, but i was extremely careful. You need some experience first.
My advice is to do the first part: 12 mins of simple stretches. At first you won’t be able to hold each stretch for 3 mins but practise makes perfect. Your goal after some time should be to raise the total time not to increase the intensity. Progressively you want to go from 12 to 15 mins, from 15 to 20, from 20 to 25, until you reach 35 mins after some months.
Stress relaxation is KEY. Like Marinera says: ”Dont pull hold”. When i find myself struggling to hold the stretch more 2 mins or more, i start to focus on my breathing, i am not thinking about anything, my mind just follows my breathing pattern.
Meditation and bigger penis at the same time. Definitely worth.
