Yes very true. I have very low body fat so that helps too, Nbpel gains are faster visualble.

My girth is average, i am 12.5 cm Mseg or 4.9 but my base girth is almost 5.5. I believe that i have gained base girth from the A stretches.

My MSEG is 5.3, base girth is 5.1 and head is probably .4.9-5 thanks to years of masturbation and death grip :D

Hi gentlepsycopath can you tell me where I can find how to do the a stretch and a page linking what a v grip looks like. I’ve been browsing thundersplace and can’t seem to find those. And I’ve searches for marineras user name and he doesn’t come up on the search bar. Could you help a brother out.

Hello Gentlepsychopath! I’m just starting out with PE, I used to jelq but I wasn’t very consistent with it. Since I wanted to start doing it again I came across this site, and luckily enough I found this thread which made me re-think my approach.

I am interested in having length gains before girth so your routine caught my attention, and after reading Marinera’s Thread I was really interested in doing stretches rather than continue with jelqs.

For what I’ve gathered:

- 5 days a week doing 12 minutes or 4 sets of 3 minutes each of Simple stretches (sides, downward and forward), then 12 minutes or 2 set of 3 on each side of Lateral Fulcrum stretches, and lastly 6 minutes or 2 sets of downward Fulcrum stretches. I calculated this for 30 minutes from Marinera’s tip of 2/5 Simple Stretches, 2/5 Side Fulcrum Stretches and 1/5 Downward Fulcrum Stretches.
-The 6th day, half that routine.
-7th Rest.

Using V or Reverse V grip. Applying some baby powder and maybe a piece of cotton for extra grip.

I think this should work but what do you think, should I add something, take something out? Also did you use progressive stress relaxation when stretching?
As a beginner should I just stick to Simple Stretches for a month or so?

Hello my friend. I like the fact that you are searching and reading before you start, i did the same thing.

First of all forget the fulcrum stretches for now. Doing fulcrums as a newbie the only thing that you will gain is a stronger tunica and you will prevent your future gains. Thats because with fulcrums you apply very high forces and as a reaction to that, your no conditioned penis will become tougher very fast.

The most important thing is time under tension, remember that. Thats why at first you want simple stretches, to gently stimulate your penis to grow. I start to do fulcrums after 3-4 months, but i was extremely careful. You need some experience first.

My advice is to do the first part: 12 mins of simple stretches. At first you won’t be able to hold each stretch for 3 mins but practise makes perfect. Your goal after some time should be to raise the total time not to increase the intensity. Progressively you want to go from 12 to 15 mins, from 15 to 20, from 20 to 25, until you reach 35 mins after some months.

Stress relaxation is KEY. Like Marinera says: ”Dont pull hold”. When i find myself struggling to hold the stretch more 2 mins or more, i start to focus on my breathing, i am not thinking about anything, my mind just follows my breathing pattern.

Meditation and bigger penis at the same time. Definitely worth.

I see, didn’t know Fulcrum stretches were counter productive for beginners, that’s very important information, it seems I overlooked that little detail hahah.

Ok so right now I should just concern myself with the basics: learning to stretch properly, incorporate meditation and prepare my penis for more advanced stretches.

You should focus on simple stretches if you have not previous PE experience. Dont add the downward fulcrum stretch or fulcrums if you are a newbie.

Practise the simple stretches and after some months ask me to give you tips about fulcrums.

1 inch in 4 months is uncommon. Others get the 1 inch in one year. Dont expect so fast gains, PE is a slow process, consistensy is the key.
I want 2 inches in one year too. But things are not working like this. If you gain 1 inch to get the other 1 inch, you need not less than 2x the time than the last inch gained.

I want to add a little more about the V grip because it may be confusing to newbies.

You want to wrap your penis just under the glans with the space between the middle finger and the index. You should lock your penis in this space and stretch.
To go for longer holds i sit on a chair and i watch something but in the same time i record the duration of each set and the total time at the end ofc.

To ”lock” your penis with the V grip a peace of toiler paper works great for me. Dont TRY to stretch your penis, i mean dont pull with strength to keep it stretched, just keep it enlongated close to BPFSL for 2-3 mins.

Yet, that said, you do notice a difference in how your penis looks, feels and performs very early into your PE routines.
A week or two after starting I remember having a bigger flaccid hang and also erections becoming much harder/stronger. These benefits encouraged me to continue with my routines and soon after the growth became apparent.


Starting stats:- Dec11th2008 7.2"bpelx6" meg.Mar23rd09 8.375"bpel x 6.125"meg. Mar10 8.4" bpelx6.125" meg.

Goal: 8"nbpel x 7" A one eyed monster by any standard :)

Yes thats true. My flaccid is 1 inch biggetr or maybe more after 7 months of PE. Its really a motivation.

It takes a lot of time and sometimes i become hurried and i check every day with the ruler if i gained. Its a bad habit because the changes are slow and its a lot harder to gain after the 1 inch.
