Hello guys I started PE 5-6 months ago. Back then I was hardly 6.5 BPEL and 6 NBPEL. Maybe I was above average but in my mind I was in the average to small range. I found Thundersplace because I was looking to overcome performance anxiety with kegels and edging. After a while I started stretching but I was too afraid and it took me 1.5-2 months to master my stretching technique. In the begging I stretched in every direction for 30 seconds. I had some newbie gains: I went to 6.7-6.8 BPEL and I was convinced that PE works. Then I read marinera’s thread tips and tricks for manual stretching and all change. I also read everything this guy says about stretching and growth and I create my routine.
My routine: I stretch for 30-35 minutes total, sometimes more lets say 40 minutes. Usually I take no rest days but I found that every day stretching for too long affects my EQ and my sexual perfomance, so I take at least 1 day off(6/7), and one day I stretch for 15-20 minutes.
I hold every stretch for 2-3 minutes with moderate tension enough to keep my penis enlongeted. The V grip really helps a lot. I stretch only downward because this stretch targets the dorsal side of tunica, which is the most important. We have no tunica under the penis, thats why upward stretches is more or less a waste of time. Also I do the downward fulcrum stretch known as A stretch. I try to hold this fulcrum stretch for 2-3 minutes. I don’t count them I alternately do simple downward stretches and downward fulcrum stretches untl I reach 30-35 minutes.
I never use heat because I don’t have the privacy and I edge after every stretching session to restore my blood flow. This June I was 6.7 BPEL and with this routine now I am 7.5 BPEL, which is 0.8 gain in 4 months. Totally I have gained 1 inch BPEL and NBPEL in 5-6 months. I really can’t believe it, but I worked hard and I was extremely consistent despite the fact that I was going stealth.
Now my goal is to reach 8 BPEL and 7.5 NBPEL. Recently I have added heat before my downward fulcrum stretches and it seems to work perfect because I am already seeing BPFSL gains and I suspect that I am a little over 7.5 BPEL but we will see.
I don’t want to post photos of my dick on the internet, but I want others to try this stretching routine. Maybe I will post photos when I reach 9 BPEL LOL.
