2 days on, 1 off, seems to work best for me. Stretch no more then ~25 mins. Everyone is different. My dick can only handle this much. no more.

My routine: I stretch for 30-35 minutes total, sometimes more lets say 40 minutes. Usually I take no rest days but I found that every day stretching for too long affects my EQ and my sexual perfomance, so I take at least 1 day off(6/7), and one day I stretch for 15-20 minutes.

I hold every stretch for 2-3 minutes with moderate tension enough to keep my penis enlongeted. The V grip really helps a lot. I stretch only downward because this stretch targets the dorsal side of tunica, which is the most important. We have no tunica under the penis, thats why upward stretches is more or less a waste of time. Also I do the downward fulcrum stretch known as A stretch. I try to hold this fulcrum stretch for 2-3 minutes. I don’t count them I alternately do simple downward stretches and downward fulcrum stretches untl I reach 30-35 minutes.

I never use heat because I don’t have the privacy and I edge after every stretching session to restore my blood flow. This June I was 6.7 BPEL and with this routine now I am 7.5 BPEL, which is 0.8 gain in 4 months. Totally I have gained 1 inch BPEL and NBPEL in 5-6 months. I really can’t believe it, but I worked hard and I was extremely consistent despite the fact that I was going stealth.

Now my goal is to reach 8 BPEL and 7.5 NBPEL. Recently I have added heat before my downward fulcrum stretches and it seems to work perfect because I am already seeing BPFSL gains and I suspect that I am a little over 7.5 BPEL but we will see.

I don’t want to post photos of my dick on the internet, but I want others to try this stretching routine. Maybe I will post photos when I reach 9 BPEL LOL.

Inverted V A-Stretch Video
These stretches are fulcrum stretches. The point is that the V stretch, where the fulcrum is in contact with the dorsal side of the penis is not so effective because it targets the ventral side, which is not covered by longitudinal tunica.
That doesnt mean that you cant gain with V stretches, but we want to gain more and faster.

The A stretch where the ventral side of the penis is in contact with the fulcrum, it targets the dorsal side and thats what we want, because the dorsal tunica surrounds the two Corpora Cavernosa bodies.

For length gains side fulcrum stretching with heat is the best. I have tried it myself and it gave me 0.5 cm. I keep growing from these side fulcrum stretches.
To perform them right you need a thick fulcrum, its dangerous with a thin object because it can apply risky pressure to a small area at the side of the penis. A thick fulcrum allows total expansion. Ι use my forearm or a bottle of wine.
I like to hold the side fulcrum stretch from 1 min up to 2 mins. The force is already high from the fulcrum, so my focus is to relax into the stretch and i try to push in the stretch direction in order to keep my grip, rather than squeeze my glans or pull with more strength.

If you dont have at least 6 months experience with the basic stretches dont try fulcrums or be very careful. You dont want to slow down your future gains.

My erection angle has stayed the same. Maybe it takes years to change that.

I’m hitting it pretty hard these days. Almost 5 hours under tension every week.

I have noticed that i respond better with 6 on/1 off. I plan to take a break for one or two weeks in July.

I am on vacation these days. I do PE when i get the chance but i have privacy issues. I took almost two weeks off and some days without PE. I think that was good because i needed a decon break. It was not exactly a decon but a change in frequency.

Good to see you are still active. Your journey is an inspiration for me. I have been lurking and reading your posts and your recommendations. We have also had some guide discussion in the Greek thread.

I have started PE (again) with manual stretching for 3 weeks already. I have also read the thread “Tips and Tricks for manual stretching”. Now I had a vacation break as well.

I may come back to ask for your help on some questions regarding my technique and routine.

I am not in a hurry, but I really need to see the first PE gains/results on my penis, which I can assume can feel very exciting and motivating to continue.
