Thanks, happy to help. I always say that is important to increase the duration of each stretch for the reason that the penis grows because you are keep it stretched for a good amount of time not because you pull it with strength.

1.30-2 mins or more is ideal. If you stretch for 10-30 seconds you are losing time to restore the grip between sets and the total time under tension is less. Also the penis reach a good stretched state after some time(more than 1 minute).

You should always record the total time under tension. The goal is to progressively increace the total time.

Will be following your thread and reading your updates. I started PE on January 2nd 2018.

Btw how often do you measure? I am trying to measure every single day. Lol.

I wanted to follow up on Marinera’s stretches.

I have been doing them for almost a month and see big improvement in length gain - 0.5 in flaccid and 0.25 erect.

Wanted to thank you for your help.

Increased my stretching time to 5 min each hold with 5 holds in each direction + 1 extra SU for total time of 30 minutes stretching.

It doesn’t always work out but works for the most part.

Is there any sense in increasing time under tension over 30 minutes?

What’s a good point to incorporate fulcrums?

I have combined reverse v grip with bundled stretches recently.

They allowed me to feel the fatigue again but do you think it’s too early and I could be toughening my tunica for no reason?

Amazing gains! I am glad that you are able to do long stretch holds and go for 30 mins total time. If you have a hard time reach 5 mins at one hold remember that 3-4 mins is ideal.

I usually stretch for 30 mins total time but if you dont apply high or crazy forces you can go for more. When i have the privacy i go for 40-50 mins total time but at the end i decrease the intensity, i just hold my penis stretched. When the force is moderate the longer total time the better. But 30 mins is very very good.

With fulcrums we apply higher forces but my suggestion is to wait until your gains from simple stretching reach a limit or become very slow.

I am not into the bundled stretches thing, i dont really believe that they will make your tunica stronger that easily but i view them as a girth exercise.

Your gains are great so my advice is to not change anything. Things are working.

I used to measure very often and because i gained very well i become addicted. Now i have put the ruler away and my only focus is hard work.

I measure my bpfsl consistently.

Got a couple of questions that I’d like if you could answer.

1. Do you do anything else besides stretching? ( EG. Jelq, Kegels etc.)
2. Do you recommend stretching for length, and are they good for a beginner?
3. Could you post your routine?

Only stretching and kegels. My muscles down there are very very strong now after 7-8 months of consistent kegels.

I recommend the newbie routine but if you want stretching you can do light 30 seconds stretches in every direction. The stretching part of the newbie routine.

My routine is simple: 20-25mins downward stretching and 10-15mins of side fulcrum stretches. I hold each stretch for 1.5-3 mins. I dont count the time between sets and i record only the total time under tension.

I will post a few things about side fulcrum stretches, because they absolutely work.

I finally hit 7.7 bpel and 7.3 nbpel at my high 10/10 EG. Although i need 100% EG, but with time i will be able to hit it even with a little lower erection level.

But gains are gains and i have gained 1.2 in length in 9 months more or less.

Side fulcrum stretches are part of my achievement. I perform a straight out stretch and then i use the thicker part of my other hand as a fulcrum at the side of my penis. Then i stretch-drug my penis over the fulcrum and i hold for 1-1.5 min or more.

After reading this thread, I’m now going to concentrate on holding the stretches longer. I haven’t had any luck with stretches since my newbie gains. Now I’m using an extender but I have a feeling I’m going to give up on it because I’ll I get is a bruised frenulum and not enough alone time to use it consistently.

Thanks oldjake. If you havent enough time dont use the extender, you can achieve great results with manuals faster. Try to hold the stretch for more than 30 seconds up to 1 min at first and then with time and practise go for more. As i said short duration stretches require more time to restore the grip between sets and the time under tension is less. You have to keep your penis stretched for a good amount of time to cause growth(after the newbie gains) thats why i think you havent had any success since your newbie gains.

Follow these steps and let me know how it goes.

Do you know approximately how many pounds of pull you do?

Thanks! I dont really have an idea about how many pounds of pull i do. I dont pull with much strength though. My understanding is that: Longer time under tension=longer penis and More strength=stronger penis.

I believe that i have gained well because i am very consistent, i dont pull hard and i take rest days. Fulcrums is a big part too.
