You inspired me to read through the entire 28 pages of marinera’s tips and tricks thread and I finished just now. I understand what you mean about long stretching time with not so much force. I learned a bunch of other useful exercises like all of the fulcrum stretches as I’ve read through the thread.
I think I have a better sense of direction and better confidence to keep going now. I overdid with the force and have experienced some negative indicators for a day or two recently but after taking three days rest everything came back to normal. Will do less force and ease in. These stretches are very pleasant and I want to keep doing them regularly so I better not overdo anything.
I am glad that i helped you. Marinera’s thread is gold, i want everyone who start with stretching to read it.
Dont overdo it, remember that you apply more force than you think with your hands. PE takes time and you know it, more force will not speed up the process.
