Simply you dictate when to tumescence your cock, for how much time you want it, and when you are done you choose when detumescence it. WIN - WIN SITUATION imo

I dont think you can buy Phenylephrine HCL without an rx in the US?

Priapism was not in control and I had to go to emergency room to resolve it with aspiration and Phenylephrine after 5-6 hours. Scary shit.

What dose of pge-1 you use?

1 mcg.

I don’t think you understood my post.

“My” issue is that my skin color has darkened. It has darkened because of stored iron deposits. When blood rushes to the skin, it returns under It afterwards. However, from the pressure of pumping, the blood returns but leaves iron within. Therefore the darkened brown/tan color.

Igigi, do you mind linking or messaging me your four-pronged thermometer device? It’s the last piece I’m missing for my setup.

Thank for you the advice on the skin color help. I will definitely look into that. I was also wondering if my blood naturally carries too much iron from eating plenty of meat and thus when I pump, there’s more iron to be left on the skin. Perhaps lowering my blood iron it could help? Anyways, thanks for the advice

The exact same one I bought is not listed anymore, but this one is very similar:

In terms of Iron, assuming you actually do have a problem with too much iron, which I dont think you have, anyways, the body has its own buffering system. That practice of "lowering" things comes from mainstream medicine, allopathic MD directed which is useless for chronic symptoms. An MD has no knowledge nor training in nutritional science. Therefore never follow advises of an MD when it comes to nutrition.

Again, you have zero problem with Iron levels. However, if you did, the underlying problem is deficiency in essential nutrients which does not allow the body to properly process certain minerals. The solution is not lowering iron, but rather putting in your body all the essential nutrients needed for every single cell in your body.

Yes, indeed, I had understood that you meant that the Palmer stuff makes the skin darker, which it definitely does not. How the discoloration comes about is already clear to me.

By the way, I have the same thermometer model and I can recommend that too!

That is great to know! I just ordered it :)

Finally back in business. That injury took some time to heal. A couple of days ago it was pretty much good to go, but I decided to give it some extra time for safety.

Today results are:

Pre BPFSL: 24.7cm
Post BPFSL: 25cm
Strain: 1.2%

Small strain and a millimeter of regression. Not a good result, because each millimeter counts, and this is not a millimeter of gain, but of loss. However, there are good news. Learning from the previous experience, I very carefully shielded the glans with gorilla tape and it paid off. No injury whatsoever, which means I can perform a normal cycle now in which I expect to recover that mm and keep gaining again.

Period 1: 06/08/2020 BPFSL: 22cm (8.66") BPEL: 22cm (8.66") EG: 15.8cm (6.25") => 09/07/2020 BPFSL: 23.9cm (9.40")

Period 2: 05/01/2021 BPFSL: 24cm (9.44") BPEL: 22cm (8.66") EG: 15.8cm (6.25") => 07/24/2021 BPFSL: 25.4cm (10.00") BPEL: 23.5cm (9.25")

Goal: 1 Foot x 7.5 Inches (30.48cm x 19.05cm) NBPEL

4th of July results:

Pre BPFSL: 24.7cm
Post BPFSL: 25.2cm
Strain: 2%

Much better strain, which makes me believe that I will retain an extra mm for tomorrow bringing me back to the measurement before the last injury.

On a side note: At this point, without a doubt, I am pulling other tissues along with the septum. As a matter of fact, there are times in which necessity is imperative and I have to empty my tank of milk right after the protocol. After doing that I develop a lasting pain/fatigue in the perineum area, where the CS is born. Which leads me to believe that it gets exhausted after the therapy plus an erection. It happens every time during this Period. Also, when I pull my noodle to measure, the CC’s are no longer “saggy” on the sides of the septum. Now they are tight along with everything else. I will have to start trials soon for the new BPEL protocol.

Period 1: 06/08/2020 BPFSL: 22cm (8.66") BPEL: 22cm (8.66") EG: 15.8cm (6.25") => 09/07/2020 BPFSL: 23.9cm (9.40")

Period 2: 05/01/2021 BPFSL: 24cm (9.44") BPEL: 22cm (8.66") EG: 15.8cm (6.25") => 07/24/2021 BPFSL: 25.4cm (10.00") BPEL: 23.5cm (9.25")

Goal: 1 Foot x 7.5 Inches (30.48cm x 19.05cm) NBPEL

Back on track. I recovered the lost mm, and gained 1 more on post BPFSL.

Pre BPFSL: 24.8cm
Post BPFSL: 25.3cm
Strain: 2%

Post BPFSL is 1mm shy from 10 inches. But no victory yet. I will set as achieved goal for this period once I can retain that 10 inch mark on Pre BPFSL. Further more, let us keep in mind that this is BPFSL and not BPEL. However, as I have mentioned in the beginning of this thread, the progress and revolution of this novel approach has been nothing less than remarkable. I am absolutely positive that BPEL will come after one way or another, since the all time limiting factor for years was this, the tunica.

Period 1: 06/08/2020 BPFSL: 22cm (8.66") BPEL: 22cm (8.66") EG: 15.8cm (6.25") => 09/07/2020 BPFSL: 23.9cm (9.40")

Period 2: 05/01/2021 BPFSL: 24cm (9.44") BPEL: 22cm (8.66") EG: 15.8cm (6.25") => 07/24/2021 BPFSL: 25.4cm (10.00") BPEL: 23.5cm (9.25")

Goal: 1 Foot x 7.5 Inches (30.48cm x 19.05cm) NBPEL

I had a good feeling when I went to measure BPFSL today.

Pre BPFSL: 25cm
Post BPFSL: 25.5cm
Strain: 2%

We have achieved a majestic number of 10 inches in Post BPFSL. As I mentioned before, no victory yet. The goal of this period is to end with a steady Pre BPFSL of at least 25.4cm which equals 10 inches, which puts me some 5cm from a foot of phallic apparatus.

As this period ends, I will enter a phase of dedicated BPEL growth in an attempt to go filling up the gap as soon s possible.

Impressive, keep us updated!

Hey Igigi, what was your routine before the ultrasound that gave you such great gains?

Well, I would consider my greatest gains what I am experiencing in the past year from US. Before, I certainly had gains but it was a progression throughout the years.

As I ahem shared before, my gains had stopped many years ago. Once length stopped, only my girth grew. At that point in those days what gave me the greatest last push for length and great girth gains was PGE-1 assisted priapism while wearing a traction device and pumping. I also, when erection was still present, did a lot of clamping and bends.
