Igigi, do you mind linking or messaging me your four-pronged thermometer device? It’s the last piece I’m missing for my setup.
Thank for you the advice on the skin color help. I will definitely look into that. I was also wondering if my blood naturally carries too much iron from eating plenty of meat and thus when I pump, there’s more iron to be left on the skin. Perhaps lowering my blood iron it could help? Anyways, thanks for the advice
The exact same one I bought is not listed anymore, but this one is very similar:

In terms of Iron, assuming you actually do have a problem with too much iron, which I dont think you have, anyways, the body has its own buffering system. That practice of "lowering" things comes from mainstream medicine, allopathic MD directed which is useless for chronic symptoms. An MD has no knowledge nor training in nutritional science. Therefore never follow advises of an MD when it comes to nutrition.
Again, you have zero problem with Iron levels. However, if you did, the underlying problem is deficiency in essential nutrients which does not allow the body to properly process certain minerals. The solution is not lowering iron, but rather putting in your body all the essential nutrients needed for every single cell in your body.
