No no I don’t have a problem there. I mean to get an erection so I can do my routine. For example if I wanted to clamp I wouldn’t be able because I cannot always get it hard with self stimulation. I want to know if more time passes will my penis get more easily irritated ? Like get stronger or have better circulation so I can do erect jelqs and stuff like that ?i don’t plan on doing those now but I want to have an idea for what I will go through

Theoreticly yes. Veins and that will get better if not overdone.

If I dont get one up for exercise I think of sex or watch porn.
I can push myself to almost 90% but to get a really hard on I need arousal.

Most exercises dont need an errection. Even clamping can be done starting with 80%.

You might research kegels and the pelvic floor along the way. That can give you extra strength down there.

I kegel every time I mess around with my dick while reading threads, but I do it only if it’s hard. I can hold them for more if I’m erect for around 10 seconds. I do around 25 , I don’t want to overdo it.

8th day-27 April
Did 45 jelqs managed to get an erection around 80%(thought about sex, thanks dickerschwanz) had to stimulate again after around 10 jelqs but felt that I got a proper work out. Also did 30 second stretches down, left ,right ,straight out and up.

28 April
Did my stretches first but I did them for 1 minute each direction,felt good,no pain.
Did 50 jelqs 4-5 second holds and changed my grip, I used to do them with my thumb being in the top , now it’s under. Feels like I get more expansion that way.
Also the previous night I woke up in the middle of the night with a boner :O first time ever happening to me , not sure if it was the cause but felt quite happy as it is a sign for improved EQ.

If somebody knows why this Is happening please answer.

It seems like I have a little bumb on my top left side of my shaft , it’s not hard and it doesn’t hurt , sometimes it is more prominant and sometimes it dissapears. It is there also when I’m erect and just makes my dick look like its girthier, looks like lymph buildup. Is it a bad sign? Should I relax on my routine ? Or don’t even bother about it?

Observe if its on the skin(movable), or deep inside.
Can you feel it flaccid?

If your PE aggrevates it then dont do PE or just jelq/stretch where the bump isnt.

It’s on the skin and now it disappeared.

Update:

Wasn’t able to do my routine for 4 days, I went on a trip. Starting again tomorrow with 50 jelqs, 1 minute stretch in all directions for the first week.

Looks like after the 4 days break I lost my flaccid hang. Did around 50 jelqs with a 10 sec uli every 25 jelqs yesterday. Wasn’t concentrated enough and lost count.My routine from know on will be :
5 min warm-up under running hot water ( I make a cup with my hands)
50 quality jelqs(5-10 sec)
1 minute stretch each side
Warm-down I just do my shower

Has anyone got an answer to my problem with the shaft bump?

Just did my routine, I wonder why my flaccid hang decreased after I stoped for 4 days. Also I noticed after my workout I got these bumps again. Must be fluid build up. Can it cause any harm ?

Did some dry jelqs and light ulis to get a little expansion without warm up . Didn’t have time. Dick feels very tough without warm up

I can’t help you with the bumps. I assume they are edema due to excessive friction. Try using a lubricant such as grape seed oil when you jelq.
