Monday morning sessions rarely go well for me, but this one was fantastic. Started off slow, but by the fourth set, it was looking massive. Got to almost 8.25” LIT, and came out of the tube with over 6” girth before the edema set in. Only had about 5 minutes for edging, so a little bit of the edema hung around, but over all it was one of my best sessions. No shim, no stopper, and pulsed between -7 and -11”Hg for four sets, reducing to -.5” and milking the tube for a minute between sets.

Hopefully I’ll regain that eighth in length along with another eighth in girth fairly soon.

My usual 5 minutes, with 4 short and 4 long pulses. I’ve increased the hold time at high pressure to 15-20 seconds instead of 10, though, and it seems to work a lot better even though I’m only going to -11 and not 12. At -12, I get more petechiae than I’d like. At -11, I don’t get any at all.

The water pump seems to feel best fpr me. I can do 20 but I break into 2 10 min sets. Im working up to 3.10 min. Sets.

I had a bathmate a while back. Worked pretty well, but I didn’t like that it didn’t have a gauge. Can’t really compare the two without trying them pretty close together.

I would probably do more, but my private time doesn’t last long. I think I could gain girth faster if I did a couple more sets at low pressure just to hold the expansion.

I use my leluv and just put the hose in my mouth to create the vacuum. I dont feel any pinching as I do sometimes with the air setup. Fwiw.

With the pump attached? If not, what do you use for a gauge?

No gauge. You could use one with a brake bleeder in line resevoir with gauge to keep it dry.

Yesterday PM was manual girth. Good expansion, but a little bit of petechia. Pushed a little too hard.

This morning was 4 pump sets followed by a few minutes of edging. LIT was almost 8.25 again. Girth wasn’t quite as big as yesterday, but still pushing the 6” mark before edema sets in.

Yes, I stimulate mentally while pumping to allow the smooth muscle to relax and stretch with the expansion (not sure that matters as much as I like to think, honestly) and then start edging immediately when I exit the tube.

I may have asked before, but how many rest days are you per week?

I also wrapped the tube today with a heating pad (waterpump).

I use hottish water in the tube and the pad keeps it warm longer, but kind of a production that Im not typically afforded time wise (exception today).

5 on, two off. Two short sessions per day.

External heat with pumping gives me horrible edema. Been wanting to try FIR, though.
