Intro/History/Routine/Progress

Yesterday afternoon and this morning were just short manual girth sessions due to privacy. I’ll probably get a handful of exercises in over the weekend.


Start: Oct '16 - 6.75" BPEL, 4.875" MSEG

Current: Oct 15, '22 - 7.875" BPEL, 5.875" MSEG

GOAL: 8" BPEL X 6" MSEG

Got in a few short manual girth sessions over the weekend, along with my usual stretch-whenever-possible (ABS as Don Logan calls it). Got a good AM session in today with no petechiae and almost no edema. Reached 8.25” LIT and better than usual expansion for three sets. Because I’m not chasing length at the moment, I’ve stopped milking the tube, and apparently that’s been the source of the edema and spots. If I gain a small amount of BPEL in the process of getting to 6” girth, that’s fine, but I’m happy with the length I’ve gotten.

Still trucking along with my usual routine. I seem to have settled into a pretty good groove except for sometimes needing to sub in my manual girth routine when privacy is scarce, so I’ll be reporting less often unless I have something worth mentioning.

Finally got the chance for nookie last night (damn period), and she commented on how big the mess was. A lot more than usual. My libido also wasn’t as diminished today as it normally is the day after.

Just an update for my notes regarding my experiment with ejac frequency:

The schedule was thrown off due to my gf’s period, so it was 8 days between sex sessions. And then privacy kept me from getting all three ejacs within 24 hrs, but 30 isn’t horrible. Last one was yesterday morning. Load size was noticeably bigger Monday night, average on Tuesday afternoon, and below average yesterday morning. Even somewhat depleted, my waking erection was rock solid this morning and I haven’t had a drop in libido like I usually do.

The schedule for this cycle will probably be short with the weekend coming up. I’m hoping I’ll be able to get two rounds in Fri night and another on Sat night. Luckily, she’s submissive and even if she’s not up for round two, she’ll give me whatever I want.

If at all possible, I’m going to shorten the ejac period to just a few hours to really put a demand on the system.

I’m just documenting so that if it works for me, I can share it and others can see if it works for them. Since the real scientists have no interest in testing the subject matter we care about, we might as well conduct our own real world science

Took measurements today. Pre-PE BPEL was still at 8”, so I’m happy with not losing anything by switching to girth work. MSEG was just barely under 5 7/8, but I entered a conservative measurement of 5 13/16”. Post-PE was 8” BPEL and almost 6” MSEG with almost no edema.

I also noticed that my girth is starting to even out. It used to have something of a football shape with a smallish glans, bulge right at the circ scar, and thinner at the base. Now the head is just as wide as the circ scar, and the thinnest part is about an inch above my fat pad. I don’t track BEG, but I do remember it being 5 1/4” back when my MSEG was 5 5/8”. Today it was 5 5/8” with almost 5 7/8” MSEG, so less than a quarter inch difference instead of 3/8”.

I’m really digging pumping. I’ve gained more in two months than I did in the entire year before that.

Don’t get too enamored by pumping. Remember all the other exercises out there too. If you decon from pumping you will lose girth. I always measured after a few days off from pumping. There seems to be a superficial girth gain that takes time to solidify. Great job thus far. Keep it up brother!

Thanks for the reality check. I really need to remember this and form a good plan for cementing gains, if that’s even possible. I don’t know whether I should go beyond my goals and let them settle back, reduce my routine to maintenance, take scheduled breaks to my current routine, or what.

I’m really close to getting to the finish line. Need to figure out what comes after that. I know I want to work on two things: EQ and skin stretch. Pumping seems to be helping both, but I know that with gains at this stage, EQ isn’t gonna be top-notch. And my previous size gains didn’t stretch the skin enough, which made it tight and it pulls my fat pad and balls up along the shaft. If I push it back, I look huge. If I don’t, it’s not as impressive visually. So I’ve been thinking about including ball pumping/stretching and skin stretching to my routine after I get to 6” MSEG, and reducing my penis pumping to a couple days a week. But I still have a decent amount to go, and maybe the skin stretch from pumping will be enough.

Any advice and/or reading materials on the matter would be greatly appreciated

I’m in the same boat, switching focus to girth, instead of length work. My guy apparently loves being pulled out, just not pulled in every direction. Just added manual and cable clamping to my pump routine.

I’ve been using an extender, very happy with the length gains and weight I’ve lost recently, weight loss is helping things visually. The extender stretches my skin symultaneously because it has two points of contact, base and behind glans and applies that tension to that length of penis and pushing against the fat pad/base. I’ve actually noticed a bit of an indent around my base.

Let me know if you find the holy grail of girth gains. Been pumping for over a year, various size tubes, air and water. 🤷

Gained .25” in circumference… Which is actually a lot, total volume considered. Maybe I need to be more patient.

Just switch up routines. Take mini decon breaks. I say mini cause I still stretched when I was deconing from pumping. Variety will keep you interested in PE. If you stop pumping do clamping/hanging/jelqing/c-ring/edging. And many more.

I gained most of my girth from manual clamping, squeezes, ULIs and jelqing. I tried cable clamping briefly, but I prefer manual because I can relax-kegel-regrip to pack more blood in throughout the set. I also did five minute sets to deplete the cells’ oxygen reserves so they’d send out the signal to grow more/bigger blood vessels. You’ll get a nitric oxide response with short sets, but that only triggers a short-term vessel expansion.

Compressors are my favorite squeeze, but since I injured myself doing Horse 440’s I do them a bit different. I’m hesitant to publicly post how I do them, though. I’ve only ever told one person about it, and he suffered a slight injury but hasn’t gotten back to me on exactly what happened.

I also do an exercise I call the “helical stretch” to pull the tunica fibers at a different angle. I work up a good chubby, clamp the base, and twist just behind the glans. It pulls the fibers at an angle instead of only lengthwise or widthwise. Great pre-stretch for compressors.

I still do this routine when I can’t pump, which lately has been at least twice a week. My sequence is jelqs, helicals, compressors, manual clamps, and then cockring edging.

My pumping method is obviously already detailed in this thread. If you want to try it, my advice is to work up very slowly and carefully, adding .5-1”Hg per week and monitor for petechia and other PIs. It took me a couple months to get to -12”Hg, but since I’m going more for girth than length now, I stay at 10-11 on the high side, and 6-7 for the lows.

Oh, and I also think stimulating an erection while clamped or pumped is important, but that’s admittedly just an opinion. In my mind, getting the smooth muscle to relax and stretch while in that expanded state prevents a huge sag in EQ over the long term. If they can stretch to accomodate that temporary expansion, then stretching enough to cover the new normal dimensions is a breeze.

I might try taking breaks from pumping to work on skin stretch and EQ. Maybe even ball pumping to get the bastards to quit riding so high up my shaft. I figure I can stretch the shaft skin and ball pump at the same time. Bigger, lower-hanging balls and more shaft showing would be a great cap-off to what I’ve gained

I’ve never tried compressing this way, I make the tourniquet at the base, as he describes, then make another, immediately adjacent, and slide toward the tip, slowly and moderately tight, enough to cause compression.

I had been at it a while. I had a shock of pain hit my clamp hand and it released while I had all that pressure on it. Lost head engorgement for a while. That’s why I changed the way I “clamp off” at the base
