PM: did the sandwich jelqs, but alternated them with an improvised manual clamped jelq type of thing combined with a light horse 440 type of thing. More on that below. 3 sets of pump/jelq and a few of the 440’s and finished with some edging.
I thought the girth blasters might have contributed to this mornings firm donut issue, or that at the very least I could come up with something to help keep it at bay, so I did some digging around. Came up with the idea of doing Horse 440’s but with lighter pressure - a sort of firm reverse jelq while doing a manual-clamp to protect the venous valves. I suffered a minor injury from Horse 440 squeezes a few years back (lost glans engorgement for a bit), so I know better than to use a lot of pressure. The idea was to move the lymph fluid back from the glans. So I did a test run as part of my warmup, and damn! Instant girth and hang boost! I did a few sandwich jelqs, a few of what I just described, and a few jelqs with the manual clamp (like a girth buster) and continued until I hit 100 reps, and it looked like I had already done a set in the pump! Thick, veiny, and hanging low.
So into the pump I go and, sure enough, it behaved like I had already done a set. Long and well-packed right out of the gate. I milked the tube on the long low holds just like this morning and almost got to 20cm on the first set. Then I did a few regular jelqs and a few more of the clamped jelq/440 combo and right back in the tube. I was a bit conservative with the milking, so I didn’t quite make it to 20.1cm like this morning, but definitely above 20.0. And the best part is that the idea worked: barely any edema at all, much less the firm donut. And no petechia, either.
Gotta love it when a plan pans out
