Intro/History/Routine/Progress

PM session today was better, but still didn’t hit 8.25”. Seems like the twice a day frequency is the main factor.

Had to re-find the IC flex today, but it was much easier than yesterday. I’m flexing it progressively harder until I feel the BC start to kick in. The feeling of starting to get an erection is different, and I’m already starting to get hard faster.

This morning’s session was better. 100 regular jelqs, 3 pump sets, finished with edging. Got to 8.25”.

I realized this morning that I haven’t been milking the tube this week. Kinda slipped my mind, I guess. That might be the real reason for the poor sessions.

Found my IC flex easily this morning. I plan on putting in some good work on it today. The prospect of having raging hard-ons regularly has me excited. Hopefully it won’t take too long to see indisputable results

Sitting at work, I did 5 sets of kegels: flex IC to the point of feeling BC start to engage, hold for a second, then hard full kegel. 10 reps per set. Every time I start to get a chubby now, I’m feeling the fatigue on both sides. Good workout. Let’s see how recovery goes.

Won’t be able to get a PM session in today. Another kid sick. Hopefully, I’ll get two sessions in tomorrow.

They messed with my PIs a little too much. But looking back, I might have been overdoing them. At any rate, I started chasing length after a slight injury (horse 440 gone wrong). Trying to get to that magic 8 before going back to girth work.

Thanks for the reminder, you’re absolutely right. I should start those back up on the days I can’t pump or just work them into my routine a couple times a week regularly.

Usually three five-minute manual clamps at 80% erection, kegeling in extra blood here and there. I was basing my routine on BFR (blood flow restriction) concepts along with the idea of creating more internal pressure than it would normally see. In medical research, BFR is the ultimate blood vessel builder, and holy shit does it work.

I’d do jelqs and ULIs first, if I recall. I remember I’d do 80 jelqs, stimulate for a minute to let the vessels respond, do an “ULI” (basically a manual clamp, but pulling forward like a stretch) for 30-60 seconds, and then repeat. 3 sets of that, too.

I did manual stretching first, which is probably a mistake. BTC and what I call the stair stretch for 1-2 minutes each.

Sorry for the disorganization. I’m doing my best to remember accurately. To lay it out in order:

Every day possible (too much, really):
BTC/stair stretch for ten minutes
Jelq/Uli for 3 sets
Manual clamp for 3 sets
Edge to cool down

I eventually developed some other techniques for the ULIs and clamping that worked really well, but I’m not comfortable with detailing them in the open forum because I’m afraid if a newb tried them, they’d hurt themselves.

Yeah man I’ve been doing manual clamping too. 5-10 reps. Holding 20-30 sec each with max pressure. Like my cock feels like it’s going to explode during those 20 seconds. Of course I’m not pushing it that far but the pressure is high. My cock gets massive after that. And I have veins showing up that weren’t there before. It’s awesome

So you held the manual clamp for 5 min each rep?

Yep, 5 minutes. Mainly for the BFR effect, but it also gave me better expansion. With BFR, you want to deplete oxygen in the cells so they send the signal to increase supply permanently. Not just nitric oxide, which stimulates temporary expansion of vessels. N02 says “expand vessels now”. You want the “grow more vessels” signal. But what I didn’t understand at the time was that BFR is best used about twice a week. The signal is sent, and you wait for the building process to happen, then demand more. That constant stress is probably what screwed up my PIs.

No PE today, but I finally got a little bit of privacy and managed to get some measurements. I’m officially at my long-term BPEL goal of 8”! Interestingly enough, I haven’t gained any girth in 4 months of pumping. Still at a good 5.75” there. Pre-PE BPFSL is now 8 9/16”, but I usually take that post-session, so I’ll wait to update that one.

I’m really hoping my gf asks the “big” question soon. Her knowing about it and accepting it would be a big breath of fresh air and give me more time. Maybe she’ll even help. She’s already been making comments about how deep I’m plowing her.

But hey… its working. I’m finally to my length goal I set six years ago. Pretty damn stoked about that. Now I’m just gonna keep going and see where it takes me on my way to 6” girth. Can’t believe how well this routine works. An eighth in less than a month is unbelievable.

AM: had a great session for Monday morning, especially after not being able to do much since Friday AM. 100 sandwich jelqs with a couple of light 440s. 3 pump sets with 25 regular jelqs in between. Finished up with some edging.

No shim today, and as calculated I’m packing about 55-60% in the 2” cylinder. LIT was 8.25”.

Thinking about replacing two pump sessions per week with manual clamping. Tuesday AM and Friday PM would be perfectly spaced, but I want to keep those four long pump sessions going. Not sure if that’ll be too much, so I’ll start by just replacing the pump session on Tue AM and if all goes well I’ll bump Wed AM up to a long session.

I don’t know if it’s the sandwich jelqs or the IC kegels or both, but my CC hardness over the weekend has been phenomenal.
