Aside from the size exercises, I’ve been edging to increase my control. My mindset is somewhat different from normal edging, though. I try to keep a good intensity but take longer and longer to get to the PONR. It makes you disconnect the feeling of stimulation from the idea and involuntary contractions of ejaculating, or getting ready to. Basically I just edge while thinking about something completely non-sexual, and only think sexual thoughts if I start losing my hardon.

The other thing for EQ is kegeling. You have to be careful to not overdo it, but strengthening those muscles has been a huge EQ boost for me every time I go back to them. They’ve been especially powerful recently, because I figured out how to flex my ICs. I flex them first right up to the point where I feel my BC kicking in, then hold that flex for a second before doing a full, hard kegel. I usually do 4-5 sets of 12-15 reps every two or three days.

I’ve also started experimenting with ejac frequency to boost Testosterone production and sex drive. I’m only on my second cycle of that, though, so results aren’t anywhere near presentable yet.

PM session went well even though it was a bit rushed. I have limited private time, and I spent some of it cutting my new shims. Got to 8.3” LIT and good expansion with the new 2” shim. Not as massive as this morning, but I’m also back to getting very little edema and petechia.

The material isn’t quite as flexible as I’d hoped, so I’m going to have to heat form it. Luckily, LDPE forms at a much lower temp, and with its pliability at room temp, heat forming should be a piece of cake. The polycarbonate material of the tube can take up to 175°F before becoming pliable, and the LDPE will heat form between 125 and 175, so I should be able to stick the whole assembly in the oven and just let it form to the tube.

Did 4 sets of kegels during some downtime at work. And my little experiment with ejac frequency seems to be going pretty well, because my unit is being very responsive to sexual thoughts and my balls feel fuller with a slight ache.

AM session was pretty much the same as yesterday’s PM. 8.3” LIT, good girth expansion, very little edema or petechia.

Since the recent length gain has started to hurt my gf, I’m heavily considering replacing some sessions with my manual girth-only routine followed by some time in the pump at -7”Hg, and work up a full erection in the tube to stretch the smooth muscle. I’ll probably try it this afternoon to gauge effectiveness and see if it fits my schedule privacy-wise. The manual routine takes less than 15 min, and two 5 min pump sets should put me somewhere around 25 min, leaving me time to edge as a wrap up. I figure if I slow down the length gain, maybe she’ll adapt and I won’t have to stop gaining length completely.

I can think of a million different uses for that stuff. Great tip.

One of which is molding a length stopper for a pump tube. That way, I could use the same vac pressures for girth expansion, but limit the length pull. And I could still use my shims to limit edema and blood spots.

PM session: did my manual girth routine followed by 3 pump sets @ -7”Hg and some edging. Still got to over 8” in the pump, but not the 8.3 I’ve been getting. Great girth expansion even with the lower pressure.

AM session was one of the best. 3 sets instead of 2 because it was going too well to cut it short. 8.3” LIT, great girth, no edema or petechia; just an effortless session with great results and no negatives.

Woke up with super fat morning wood again. Man, what a great feeling. Even after it subsided, my hang was thick and veiny. I could get used to that feeling every morning.

I’ve read several studies on ejaculation frequency in relation to health and testosterone production. Most have been conducted with a single masturbation session followed by abstinence, and measuring Testosterone levels every day. The peak is usually on day 7, and doesn’t change from there.

I happened across one experiment, though, where they separated young bulls into two groups. In Group A, semen was collected once every two days. Group B was collected twice in one day, twice a week. The result was dramatically increased production from Group B.

So my experiment is to ejaculate three times in 24 hours or less, and then wait a few days and see if my sex drive, refractory period, and load volume are affected. I’m not very far into it just yet, so the positive results I saw with the first cycle could be a fluke.

When I get far enough into it that I can see results as a trend, I’ll do a seperate thread for it. If it works, that is.

I tried this experiment after a good streak of retention and I have to say I prefer retention over it. What I have found out is that I have a little less control over my behaviour as I feel a bit more girly (or you could say timid), my balls were hanging quite low and now they are looking to hide as further up my body as possible and my erections aren’t as strong as before. Not that they were prior starting the experiment, but they were better. One good thing that came out of it (for now) is that I don’t go in heat when a girl comes near me. My mind isn’t overridden with “Oh please mount me right here right now” thoughts and feelings, but it is even more scattered than it used to be.

I don’t think one cycle is going to do the trick. I’m gonna try to keep this going for about a month before I make any judgments. The day following, my sex drive is definitely lower. But that’s the driving factor to this: force more hormone production by depletion.

AM session was odd. When I woke up, I didn’t have morning wood, but it was in that post-morning-wood engorged state. Much thicker and heavier than usual, about like yesterday, and also very responsive to either touch or sexual thoughts. Had my coffee, went down to my gym, and started my PE. Jelqing went perfectly fine. As soon as I entered the cylinder and put some pressure on it, though, I felt a weird discomfort about an inch above the cylinder flange. Felt like it was in the septum. So I kept it at -7” for a bit, and it subsided some, so I carefully pumped a little bit. Still felt fine, so I went up to -12”. Nope. It wasn’t gonna tolerate that. So I released pressure and gave it a good once-over. With hand pressure, I couldn’t feel anything off. Didn’t hurt when stretching, jelqing, or manual clamping. So I went back in the tube, and there it was again, but nowhere near as bad. Out of caution, I kept pressure low and completed two sets at -3” to -7”, sometimes venturing up to -10. Still got decent expansion and surprisingly still got over 8 1/8” LIT. Gonna keep an eye on that for sure.

I heat formed the new shims yesterday. Super easy. The two larger shims really don’t need it because they tension themselves against the tube walls, but I used the 4” shim to put pressure on the 2” so it would bend. I just pre-heated my oven to 170°, removed the fitting so it wouldn’t deform, inserted the two shims in the tube, and stuck it in the oven for 20 minutes. Literally easy as pie, lol. I’ll finish them up and post pics as soon as possible

Also completed my second cycle, it being 4 days apart from the first one and I report negative PI such as dickache, lack of arousal (erections and general arousal) and lower level of maximum erect state I also found I’m a premature ejaculator (grip gets a litlle harder and I’m blowing in less than a half minute.
Such interesting things I’m finding about myself lately :D
