So what changed for you to go from there to here? Can you describe in details?
Aside from the size exercises, I’ve been edging to increase my control. My mindset is somewhat different from normal edging, though. I try to keep a good intensity but take longer and longer to get to the PONR. It makes you disconnect the feeling of stimulation from the idea and involuntary contractions of ejaculating, or getting ready to. Basically I just edge while thinking about something completely non-sexual, and only think sexual thoughts if I start losing my hardon.
The other thing for EQ is kegeling. You have to be careful to not overdo it, but strengthening those muscles has been a huge EQ boost for me every time I go back to them. They’ve been especially powerful recently, because I figured out how to flex my ICs. I flex them first right up to the point where I feel my BC kicking in, then hold that flex for a second before doing a full, hard kegel. I usually do 4-5 sets of 12-15 reps every two or three days.
I’ve also started experimenting with ejac frequency to boost Testosterone production and sex drive. I’m only on my second cycle of that, though, so results aren’t anywhere near presentable yet.
