I was pressed pretty solid against the stopper right off the bat this time. Hardly any edema, but still great expansion. Halfway through set 2, I could really feel the outward strain causing a dull ache.

AM session was same as yesterday’s PM. Again, almost no edema. Expansion wasn’t great until the third set, but AM sessions are hit-or-miss with me. Comparing bad session to bad session, this one was damn good.

I tried to get a snapshot girth measurement yesterday. Dick was being very tape-shy because I really didn’t have full privacy and the tape itself was being a pain (I really need to cut a short piece of thin ribbon and use that). Despite that, I still got to a little above 5 13/16” about an hour post-PE. I’ll take another snapshot later in the week if possible. Knowing that I usually come up around an eighth short when it’s being shy, that should put me a hair above 5 15/16”. I know that’s not a real measurement, but I rarely get time to measure for real, so I’m just gonna take snapshots to keep track.

Wed, Thu, and Fri PE was good. Same as usual. Haven’t fully built my length stopper yet, but its still in the plans.

Despite all my efforts to stop turkey neck, it hasn’t helped. Or it hasn’t seemed to, anyway. So I’m taking a more corrective approach rather than preventative. Ordered ball stretchers in two different weights (20 and 30oz). They arrived yesterday, but I haven’t gotten the chance to try them on. My balls sit so high that if I pull them down while pulling my shaft out or up (flaccid), it tightens the skin over the base of my dick. Doesn’t pull the surrounding skin at all. I think my length growth has just pulled the skin up instead of it stretching along with everything else. Pumping seems to have relaxed it a bit, but not much, and wearing a C+B ring has probably made it worse. So I’m gonna try ball stretching for a while and see if it’ll stretch the webbing and base skin. Gonna have to find a way to keep my dick in the upward position so it doesn’t just keep stretching the skin along the shaft.

Any helpful tips or ideas are welcome.

Couldn’t do much PE this morning. Just a few manual girth exercises.

Finally got to try on the 20oz ball stretcher weight. Took me a minute to get it on and tighten the set screw without pinching my sack, but it was easier than I thought. I thought having a pound and a quarter of steel hanging from my balls would be a lot more uncomfortable. Just passed the 3hr mark, and I feel a slight ache but that’s it. I’ve checked a few times for fit, slippage, and blood flow and everything seems to be good.

I wonder how pumping with it on is gonna go.

Well, as it warmed up outside and my sack relaxed, my right nut popped out of the stretcher. Reset it, and not 30 min later, it happened again. So I took it off for the day and I’ll be sending them back for better fitting ones. I knew I should have trusted my math over their conversion chart.

Had some good sessions over the past few days. Yesterday, I pumped in the morning and did a manual girth session in the afternoon. Had a little extra time after the manual session, so I put on my tight ring and edge a little longer. I used to be able to push to 6” girth with a considerable amount of edema while edging with the ring on, but it would take me at least 30 minutes (pushing up on the ring to let the trapped blood out and fresh blood in every few minutes). Yesterday I hit 6” with no visible edema at all, and within 5 minutes. It’s not a real stat, but definitely an indicator of progress.

I made some minor changes to my pumping routine. I’m using my 4” shim and packing almost 100%, and using the makeshift stopper along with it. The PVC stopper won’t fit in the 2” tube, so I’m gonna have to find something else until I get to the 2.25”. But really the makeshift one works perfectly fine, so no big deal. I’m also not coming out of the tube between sets, just reducing the pressure to bare minimum and milking the tube. I tilt it downward on the upstroke and upward on the downstroke so the tube itself acts like a pump on the dorsal veins.

I’ve noticed something else about my pumping routine: I come out of the tube with no edema at all. Within a minute, I can watch the fluid build up just under the glans and at my usual two spots on the shaft. Just considered it a curiosity at first, but then it hit me that I know exactly what this is; Ischemic Reperfusion Injury (IRI). The edema buildup isn’t fluid being pulled into the tissue because of the vacuum pressure, it’s an immune response to blood flow restriction. IRI can cause extra cell damage due to free radicals, reactive oxygen species, eicosanoids, etc. If you’re decent with medical terms, you can read more here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK534267/#:~:text=Ischaemia%2DReperfusion%20injury%20(IRI), essential%20to%20salvage%20ischaemic%20tissues.

It seems scary, but I’m sure it won’t kill your dick. It might hamper recovery, though, leading to slower growth. Luckily, I know a simple solution that will reduce the effects of IRI and improve recovery and growth: beta-Alanine. Looking back over my PE ‘career’, it makes perfect sense. I was taking b-A as a workout supplement during the time I saw my best growth.

I’m going to start supplementing again. To get a good idea of whether it helps or not, I’m going to use one of my PIs as an indicator. I always have about a 2-3 hour period of slight turtling following a session, and that’s consistent with the vasoconstriction effect of IRI. If I can reduce it eliminate that with b-A, that’ll be a fairly sure indicator of success.

My initial expansion was way better than usual, packing the tube almost instantly. Gonna have to do some reading and see if I need to permanently move jelqs to somewhere else in my routine.

I find pump then clamp with slight squeeze below the glans during clamp is really nice. I can only pump 20 then 10 in clamp. 1 set only.

Beta alanine has helped me aswell. Its actually a precursor to nitric oxide. Another supplement that seems to compliment it is betaine anhydrous.

It’s not a precursor, but it does build up carnosine in cells, and carnosine facilitates NO production. The more important function of carnosine in relation to this topic is that it’s a hydrogen ion scavenger, which is what reduces the effects of IRI. You have to recover from IRI before growth can occur, so reducing that damage should lead to faster growth.

b-A is a great all-around health supplement. It can reduce brain damage from a stroke (I have a couple of personal examples of that), reduce heart attack damage, and a host of other things in addition to being a great workout supp.

Betaine is another great one.

I already pump at highish pressure. I’m afraid clamping afterward would be too much. I do edge with a cockring on after I massage the edema out, which is kinda like a light clamp.

I do a form of clamping when I do my manual routine, though, and pumping seems to complement it like nothing else.

Not a great session this morning. But not horrible. Mondays are like that, though. Four pump sets was a bit too much, I think. Planning on doing a manual session this afternoon.

Yesterday’s PM manual session went pretty well, but I took it kinda easy because I was still fatigued. Did three pump sets this morning and it was better than yesterday morning’s four sets.

Update on the ejac experiment: Loads are still getting bigger, ejaculations are getting stronger, and I’m still a lot more dominant and aggressive in bed.

After almost a week of not jelqing before pumping, and not having great sessions, I did my usual 100 jelqs to start off my routine this morning. Although the initial expansion isn’t as good, it’s much better over the course of the session. Two sets this morning got me more post-PE girth than three or four sets in the past few days. They also seem to reduce turtling afterwards and boost my flaccid hang for the day, so that’s a big plus.

Manual girth routine is on the agenda for this afternoon, and Saturday is measurement day. Hoping to get a solid 5 7/8” girth measurement

Measurements: lost the eighth in length, so back to 7 7/8”. But girth was a bit past the 5 7/8” mark. So my stopper needs to be adjusted a little longer to keep me at 8”, which I’ll remedy next week.
