But how can I use rest days If i use an ADS? Now i do 2 days on 1 day off but on all the ADS stretcher packages they say you have to use it at least 6 days a week. So then I only have 1 day break from PE in 1 week? Is that enough? Or is an ADS good enough for only 1 day off a week?

This is getting way more complicated then you initially indicated. You just can’t keep adding stuff without giving something up. I can’t really tell for sure, but it sounds like you are already going overboard. The law of diminishing returns is going to get in your way.

No im not overdoing for sure bro. Im now 5 months in and im still at 30 mins jelqing and 10 mins stretching just as 4 months ago. But i want to add more time to manual stretches but my glans cant handle it, i tried every grip but my injury in the past caused this problem. So 10 mins jelqing maybe 12 is the max for me 30 sec holds as well. Longer as 30 sec is too bad for mg glans. So thats why I want to add a extender. Maybe im gonna start with 1 hour a day for 3 months. Maybe this helps maybe it doesnt but im not gonna start the program of the extender I bought. I want to wait till I reach at least 50% of my goal. Im now on 40% still need 0.7cm-1.2cm. Im still gaining from the newbie routine so I keep doing that for now. I hate the extender so much I hope I never have to use it to reach my 1 inch goal
