Wow, thanks for the quick reply. Nothing has worked for me because the gains are EQ 99% sure. The gains came so quickly it can’t be stretching and jelqing gains. I’m doing manual stretches like the stretches in the video from the newbie routine. Also introduced V-stretches for 20 seconds instead of the helicopter stretch because I almost injured myself and I don’t like that idea.

I can only speak for what has worked for myself. When I jelq, even though I’m going for mainly girth, I tend to aim to find that space between being soft and being hard. After I’ve gotten myself hard I let it subside a bit to a more relaxed state, almost feeling spongy like a flaccid does. I then gradually try and get it to a state where the side tubes of the penis is just starting to fill so it feels a bit harder, but still in-between flaccid and erect. That’s when I think I have found my “jelq for length”-state. I do jelq at a bit higher intensity than that, though, but if I were to go for length, that is the state I would try and aim for.

I am by no means an expert or anything, just throwing my two cents in there. Also, it is quite hard to explain the above so I hope you mean what I mean by it. Good luck and don’t give up. Gains will come but it will take time. Like so many have said here before: It’s a marathon, not a sprint. Be in for the long haul.

I think I know exactly what you mean, this is very helpfull. I also get hard for 30-50% or something then I start to jelq. Soon my penis is longer, thicker but feels flaccid. What I do is jelq in this state for 30 mins but what you describe is I have to get a bit harder after this size: Soon my penis is longer, thicker but feels flaccid.
Am I right?

If this is right then I think I jelqed with a too low erection for 2.5 months. Then its extremely hard to be a bit harder and stay a bit harder then I do now. Im gonna try that but hopefully the 2.5 months jelq wasn’t for nothing and I still see gains soon.

On the other hand maybe I jelqed right because I think can’t get flaccid when jelqing. Im young and horny all the time. I dont think i jelqed almost flaccid but Im gonna try jelqing more erect now.

If you have jelqed with too low erection I don’t know, but like I said, I always aim to be able to feel a bit of firmness in my dick so it doesn’t feel like I squeeze and pull the entire penis when I jelq. I want something to act like a “barrier” or what you want to call it, so my grip slides down the sides a bit if you know what I mean. Just give it time, don’t rush through it. I would suggest spending some time figuring out the right amount of firmness for you before you start doing a routine of it. Find what feels right and then proceed.

Youre very helpfull. Somethimes it felt like I was pulling my dick because it wasnt hard. Everything you explain feels like I jelqed with too low erection. This is very painfull because I jelqed wrong for 50% or more of the times I jelqed. On the other hand now I know what Im doing wrong and I can change it. Im gonna start tonight and hopefully I see changes very soon. Thanks happypill

Jelqing at the sides or at the Top

I saw this old thread but I didn’t get a response. They said this:

When you’re jelqing you should put most pressure on the sides and avoid pressure on the top of the penis (where all the nerves are) and the bottom (where the urethra is). You also don’t want a complete circle. Think of the grip as more of a pinch than a circle. The aim is to let some of the blood back through the grip as the stroke progresses.

Is this right? I never heard that you should focus on the sides instead of the top and bottom. I am new too so maybe I learned something new?

3 Months of Newbie Routine Gains

Hi,

I just completed 3 months of the newbie routine. Before the newbie routine I was panicking. Im 20 years old and I was panicking I could never satisfy my future girlfriend/wife. So I started PEing and after using an extender for 1 week and being depressed I came to this forum and I started the newbie routine. In 3 months I gained from 5 inch NBPEL and 6 inch BPEL to 5.2 and 6.2 inch. I gained nothing in girth starting 4.9-5 inch.
The gains are EQ for sure because they came so quickly. My routine was: (2 days on 1 day off)
5 mins warmup
10 mins basic stretches
5 mins warmup (not always because of privacy reasons)
30 min jelqing (30 mins started in the 2nd month I build up)
5 mins cooldown or warm-down

Now I want to add an extender because I bought 2 expensive ones. The male edge and andropenis. Both have their pros and cons but I dont like extenders at all. They are uncomfortable and they bother me. They keep slipping and cut off blood circulation. I’ve tried so many things in these 3 months but nothing works, I’ve read so many threads in the penis extender forums. But If you do it they seem to work very good so I have to try it.

I want to build up the extender with 5 days on 2 off:
1st week 1 hour a day
2th week 2 hours a day
3th 3 hours etc etc.

To max 8-9 hours a day.

I will continue jelqing and stretching 2 days on 1 day off for the next 3 months hopefully I’m getting real gains. I’m trying not to break myself and maybe in a few months of 2 years I get my 2 cm gain goal. All I want is 0.5 inch to 0.9 inch growth in length.

Sides only… Bad things will happen if you put pressure on the top/bottom. 😉

I learnes something new. Thanks bro. Why is this not in the newbie routine or did I miss something? This should be very important. What I do now is I make a complete circle and put pressure on the sides and not bottom or top or very very light. So im good now thank god.

Did I lose EQ or did the exercises work?

Some information before my problem:

So I started PE 3 months ago and gained 0.3-0.5 cm with EQ. I don’t know for sure the gains were EQ but they came so quickly it has to be. Now my latest measure was the 3th month I gained 0.9cm in total. Also this was probably temporary size because it was the day after a good jelqing session. But the weird thing was normally if I get hard (im 19 years old) my dick is pointing to the ceiling. If I want to get it straight for measure it takes a lot of power to do that. Now I did some exercises the Doctor gave me to stretch my penis so it doesn’t point to the ceiling to much because it makes sex harder (i don’t have sex by the way) and it hurts to push down my dick for that long. Now the problem:

When I measured erect (with the 0.9 gain) my penis was pointing to the ceiling but my penis could easily go down and straigth. So the stretches from the doctor helped but Im also afraid.

Today I measured again and I lost the 0.9 gain(was probably temporary size) but my penis bends down easy again. I dont experience pain or anything. Whats going on? Did I lose EQ or did the exercises work?

Need help with shorter side

I got an issue were my dick doesn’t have a curve only 1 side does. Its hard to explain and I think it doesn’t really matter for sex (I can’t know that I’m young and don’t have a girlfriend) but I want to fix it. I have an upward curve which I don’t want to fix because lots of people told me on this forum that women love an upward curve. Now I’m gonna try to explain my situation. When I’m semi erect my dick hangs very much to the left. When I’m fully erect my right side has a curve to the left but my left side of my shaft is 100% straight. So it isn’t a curve because its only on the right side of the shaft. The right side is longer then the left side and turns to the left at the top of the shaft. I tried stretching to the right for 70% of all left right stretches in the hope I can fix it. Also I jelq against the curve which is very annoying and I don’t know for sure if its help full because again its isn’t a curve only on 1 side. I made some significant gains and maybe I can make more after this issue is solved. Thanks for reactions!

I think we have the same thing going on. The way you described it you have much more of a curve than I do, but I understand what you’re saying. When stretching, I angle my unit to the side that needs stretching, like you. I think over time the more you do it, the more it will correct itself. If anything try some fulcrum stretches with your “bad side.”
