I agree with Jimmybob55 -> there’s no time table and no rush for this so keep doing what’s working until it doesn’t. The biggest mistakes I’ve made are trying to do too much too fast.

After that, if you will use an extender, then I like the approach of three hours per day with heat, broken into three sets of one hour taking 30 minutes between sets. I believe there’s diminishing returns after 3 - 4 hours in a day, but there are plenty who have gain fast doing more. Heat is essential IMO.

Yeah, I will keep doing the newbie routine. Your gains are .2 more then me, are you doing the newbie routine as well? We both started around the same date but I had a 1 month break so maybe thats why you had .2 more. Youre 2 year goal of 2 inch is insane btw. If you reach that you could be proud of yourself. I would be so happy with just 1 inch gain. 6 inch nbpel and 7 bpel is all I want no more than that. I have the luck that I have an upward curve so my penis looks bigger than it measured. Also my starting girth of 4.955 is not that bad maybe I will go for girth later to 5 inch.

I never did the newbie routine. I started with the extender. I should have started with the newbie routine. What everyone seems to say here is that if something is working for you, don’t change it until it isn’t. I haven’t followed that advice because the extender causes lymph blockages for me. It sucks because I was gaining really well with it.

I started in mid-March and have gained .75” BPEL (what I care about) as of mid-July (4 months) - my NBPEL is only up .5” but that’s so hard to measure consistently so I can’t say for sure that it’s only that amount. I believe that I will hit the one inch gain for BPEL in the coming 2 or 3 months putting me well ahead of schedule for the first year. After that, who knows if I can gain another inch in a year and change, but I’m already very happy with length, girth and anything else coming is gravy to me. During the last four months time I’ve taken about a month off in total due to injury and vacation time.

I’ve read a lot of people saying length before girth. Your starting point is great at ~5”.

I started with an extender before I found Thunders. I didn’t know about any neewbie routine then, so I just started with the extender, and started slow and easy, did get through a lot of slippage and discomfort before I found out the right way ( for me) to use it. When things were sorted out, I did an average of 4 hours per day, and had some day off during the weeks. I did gain about 1,5 inches in two years time ( approx 2400 hours of extending ). After I found Thunders, I started to do jelqs and stretches too. Good luck.

Sure, if you want to use devices then go ahead. I never did the newbie routine and never used devices either but I still gained 1.1” in 10 weeks. The newbie routine is more of a dick conditioning method IMO. Now that your dick is well conditioned, you will get faster gains if you switch to a more advanced routine. Anyways, this is just my opinion. Go ahead with whatever you feel comfortable with.

Yeah, I hate an extender. Jelqing is so easy and relaxing. I heard people gained 2 inches with jelqing only so it works. I want to gain at least 0.6cm again to consider using the extender. If i dont see gains within 2 months i will go use the extender

Can You Keep Gaining With Jelqing?

I saw some posts on a thread today and im a bit worried. Many people are negative about jelqing once the newbie gains are gone. I know gained 0.3 inches in length wiht jelqing and manual stretching which I think 0.5cm is better EQ and 0.2cm actual gains in 4months of PE. Can I keep gaining with 30 mins jelqing and 10 mins stretching or do I have to use an extender to add my goal of 1 inch length gain?

I would advice putting all that time to stretching and zero to jelqing if you want length.

If you are gaining, continue with the same program you have been on until your gains stall.

I treat low erection jelqs as a bloodflow & recovery move like helicopter shakes & Firegoat rolls. After stretching I do a few low erection dry jelqs with each hand & a reverse OK grip (gets my grip closer to the base & seems to seal off escaping blood better), & I do these at a low angle for whatever stretching benefits jelqs give. I do these mostly to gently force blood into the tissues I’ve just been gripping or squeezing. Only the higher erection jelqs are a girth movement for me.

Replace jelqing with 500 reps of S2S and I promise you will definitely gain at least 0.5”. Some people have gained an inch just doing many many sets S2S so it’s a very powerful length exercise.

Anyone got a good Workout For Me?

Im now in my 5th month of the newbie routine and I would like to add my extender in the workout of 30 mins jelqing and 10 min of manual stretches. I tried to add mins to Manuel stretching but my hands hurt too much and Im recovering from a injury caused by manual stretches. How can I start adding my extender in the 30 min of jelqing routine and still maybe do the 10 min manual stretching? Thanks in advance

Im still gaining (I think) from the newbie routine but my hands hurt too much with manual stretches + my goal of 14.5-15.2 s 1cm-1.7cm to go so im not afraid to risk any potential gains because bigger then 6 inch is nothing for me. When I reach that I will quit this forum and community and I will maintain my jelqing routine only to cement the gains and keep them.

I would say start by using stretching and jelqing as your warmup to your new extender routine. Maybe just some moderate stretching and jelqing for 5 or 10 minutes with a force that doesn’t hurt your hands and then put on your extender. But don’t go gung-ho on the extender right away. Take it easy with the force you apply and take your time getting used to it. And don’t go crazy with the amount of time you wear it for. Leaving it on for hours at a time is the most common mistake that guys make.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I wont trust me made that mistake. But can I keep jelqing 30 mins and start slowly with 1 hour extender a day and maybe building it up to 6 hours a day + 30 mins jelqing or is that too much on 1 day? Im afraid that my jelqing gains will kill my extender gains and the other way around
