When to switch things up?
Hello, i started around 5.5 months ago and had 1 month break due injury. So 3 months up 1 month break and now 2 months again. My gains were 0.3 inches. Now Im doing the same routine as before and Im already at 30 mins jelqing 10 mins stretching again. Now I want to ask when is the point I know im not gaining from the newbie routine. I know there are a lot of post about this but none of them specifically tells when do you switch after a break. Because know I had 0.3 inches maybe more already but I bought an extender for €120 in my first week of PE. I want to use it but when i keep gaining with the newbie routine it is stupid to use it right? For sure after a injury break?
I want to use the extender but also I hate it because it was so much work with slippage and pain. So are there any people here that gained 1 inch+ with jelqing and manual stretches only ?
Also another question just curious: when do you guys measure? Im now 2 months up again and after the first month I saw some gains but I didnt measure because i was feeling good about myself but now im in the second month and I dont want to measure yet again after I seen some clear gains again
