I would say; go for another month. It’s a marathon, not a sprint. I know it is discouraging not seeing any gains after a short time but it doesn’t grow over night. Keep at it and be careful. Sorry if my answer wasn’t of importance, just thought I’d share my thoughts and experience (which is not a lot compared to many others here).

Thank you for all the positive reactions. I exactly made some gains I think around 0.2 cm but it can be a better EQ. I sure do warm ups and warm/cool downs and stretching. My dream is 1 inch so it will be awesome if I gained it in your 3-4 months. Its hard to maintain motivation if you don’t know if you’re doing it right. There is not a lot of video material for jelqing instructions. The ones I saw were from people who have a 9 inch dick and that’s not a good way to show how its done. I use all kinds of grip when wet jelqing ( I do it with spit) so its possible to get 2 hands on my penis but that’s very hard.

I have another question: I also measured after a jelq session so maybe that’s were the gains come from and I’m doing it Right?

My dream is 1 inch in 6 months and I really need at least 1 cm in 3 months to maintain motivation I’m afraid . Thanks in advance

The videos definitely are with someone who is packing a much larger unit than myself. For wet jelqing, I primarily use an overhand ok or C grip and lotion. I only dry jelq when I’m not at home but still need my workout. Make sure to push into your fat pad to get to the base of your dick to start each jelq. I’m in good shape but have about 0.75” of fat pad which adds length to my jelq when I press in. I probably didn’t feel confident with my technique until after the first month or two.

PE is a long road, I have been fortunate to see some decent gains in the first four months and I am extremely lucky in that regard. I have read posts from other members where they didn’t see gains for 6 months or more. My guess is they may have not been consistent or are just extremely hard gainers. Learn to enjoy the process and you will love doing your “workout”.

For stretching, I keep the heating pad I use for a warm up covering myself so there is constant heat. Many members believe that heat is a key to faster gains and I can’t say they’re wrong. I’ve gained length from stretching and jelqing pretty fast. I don’t use any equipment, only my hands.

Try not to get discouraged if you don’t see immediate gains. I didn’t gain (or gain much) between months 2-3 and just stayed consistent knowing the gains would come. Ended up with 0.25” BPEL increase when I measured again in month 4. I only measure monthly to not overthink whether I’m gaining or not. Also, measuring after a session would likely lead to some “false” gains. The consensus that I’ve found on the forum is to rest 2 days before you measure to get your “true” measurements.

1” in 6 months is a very ambitious goal for most. Many members don’t gain 1” in a year. Try to set your expectations to where you won’t get discouraged. I was hoping for 0.5” in 6 months and thought that was pushing it. I met that goal in 4 months so I was pleasantly surprised when I did my last measurement. Even had my wife verify I was so surprised. She helps make sure I’m 100% aroused for measuring and has also become my second set of eyes to make sure I’m measuring correctly. I’m lucky that she has become involved even though she says she was happy with my size before I started PE and doesn’t want me getting “too big”.

Search the forum in your free time, there are a ton of great threads on various topics. Thunders has become my “casual” reading at this point with all of the information that is here. Good luck and stay consistent! The gains will come!

I agree with this. It takes some time to figure things out and you just have to keep at it. I also use an overhand C grip and have my non-jelqing hand as support against my fat pad. I alternate between left and right hand as well. I use baby oil for my wet jelqs, I feel like wet jelqs works best for me and that’s what I’ve done since the start. Much more comfortable for me.

I think you should focus on picking up girls. If you don’t know how to, read a book like “Intimate Connections” which is written from a medical perspective and which I think older versions are available for free on the internet.

I think all the other things you’re working on are great but you really need to learn to attract women and that will probably be more important than the other things. And then the other things will enhance that.

Happy and doubts

I’m now almost 6 weeks into the newbie routine, started PE 1 month before that with a traction device I used every day for 1-2 hours with no gains. Now I started with the newbie routine with 12.7cm NBPEL (5 inch) and now I’m at 13.4cm after 6 weeks. I’m extremely happy because I gained a lot but I also have my doubts. My goal is to reach 15cm to 6 inches. I’m 50/50 sure that my gains didn’t come from better EQ because I’m 20 years old and it was already good. I jelq for 25 mins now so I’m not even at the 30 mins of jelqing. Now I also have a lot of body fat because I’m bulking and building muscle. That means I maybe gained more but my body fat is in the way (it is not a lot). Now my questions are:

1) I hear most people telling me that gains will come after 3 months for most people. Does that mean my gains will slow after 3 months because I gained 0.7cm in 6 weeks?

2) can you make a prediction how long it will take for me to add another 1.7cm for my goal of 15cm?

I want to add my workout. First I do 5 mins warmup with hot washing cloth. Then 9 mins of stretching and 25 mins of wet jelqing. I finish with 5 min warm down in the shower also very hot.

1). Yeah, you’re starting to experience those newby gains. They seem to be noticed around 3 months for most of us, but can easily be sooner or take longer.
At first, we have big gains from basically stretching out the tissue that is already present.
So it’s normal to have rapid progress at first and then more slow and steady gains with plateaus. You’ve just got to keep at it.

2) Everybody’s different, so it’s hard to say. I was the same as you and it took about 2 years, for me.

They key really is just to keep consistently putting in the time.

When will gains slow down?

I’ve searched this forum but I couldn’t find the answer. I’ve read some similar threads but none of them answered my questions, maybe their is no answer at all. I hope some of you can give me a good prediction. I started PE 1.5 month ago at 5 inch length (12.7cm) and 5 inch girth (almost the same). I’m now after 1.5 month of newbie routine on 13.4 cm length and I didn’t measure girth because I don’t worry about that at all. Now I’m mentally very tired and I’m so happy I gained 0.7 cm very quickly. Now I’m afraid my newbie gains will slow down quick and I’m taking another 2 years for my goal of 15cm to 6 inch. If I can reach 14.5 cm before 6 months and the gains will then slow down after 6 months I will still have the motivation because my goal is so nearby. My goal can be so far away if my gains will slow down before 14cm.

I’m mentally down because I don’t have the confidence anymore, I’m only 19 years old so I have time left to make things right and I don’t want to be a pussy who doesn’t even try. 4 Months away I was almost crying because my penis would be under average and Now I’m gaining 0.7cm in 1.5 month so PE thought me that anything is possible.

Now my questions are:
1) can someone give me a rough expectation of when my gains will slow down after which month or length gain?

2) I began at 10 mins jelqing 5 mins stretching and I’m now at 27.5 mins jelqing and 9 mins stretching. Do you guys recommend for gaining to jelq longer then 30 mins in the newbie routine or stick to 30 mins max for 3 months? (I’m not even at 30 mins I’m jelqing a bit more every day because I don’t want to overwork my penis

3) If I don’t skip any days would it be possible or at least very possible that I reach 14.5 cm -15cm in 4-6 months?

My penis looks full of blood when I’m done and I’m gaining at a quick amount so that’s good news I guess.

No one can give you the answer as to when your newbie gains to stop. I do know if you give up and quit, they will certainly stop.

You mentioned school so I’ll assume that you are young. I’m 56.
Stay in school, stick with PE, stay in the gym. You are taking solid steps for your future. Life is a long game.
