Hey guys! I’ve recently been thinking about doing some PE to increase my dick length. I’m starting at 15cm (5.91 inches) BPEL, and 13cm (5.11 inches) EG. My goal is to reach 7.5 inches length and 5.5 inches girth. I will be starting with the newbie routine with 2-3 on, one day off. Any tips would be appreciated :)

It seems like you have things under control. The first thing we do is steer newbies to the “Newbie Routine”. You already figured that out, so good.

Here’s some tips I’ll give you,

1. Keep track of your progress. You have already started that with this post, but continue to post on how your routine is going.
2. Don’t measure too often. Our penises can fluctuate on a daily basis. Measuring too often can lead to discouragement, especially if it’s a tad smaller the next day.
3. Don’t overwork it. You’ll be tempted. Hell nothing feels better than having our hands on our dicks. Well yeah, actual sex, but you know what I mean. Overworking will toughen your dick up and make gains harder to achieve.
4. Take pictures. It’s a good way of seeing how much your gaining. You’d be amazed. If you’d like, you can share them in the Progress Report and Picture Forum or keep them for yourself to view at your leisure.
5. Keep a positive attitude. PE works and with the right attitude, dedication, and consistency you’ll see results.
6. Search the site and learn as much as you can. There is a lot of information here. Results come to those who use this knowledge.

I have a question, on off days is it important not to do any stretches or anything? Also congrats to you! You made impressive gains in a short period of time

An off day for me is a day of rest from my routine. What I will admit to is some minor stretches, usually a few when I go take a leak or in the shower. NO more than a few and nothing rigorous. I will also do edging on off days, for I don’t consider this part of my routine, but self pleasuring. That goes for sex too, you wouldn’t forego it, just because it’s your penises off day? Some things are okay to do, even if your penis is supposed to be taking a break that day.

That much “working days” could lead you to miss the “sweet spot”, place where growth happens.

I would start at a lighter schedule, something around 1 day ON followed by 1 or 2 days OFF.

Since you are just starting up, penis is still a “unknown” to you because there is so much involved around the PE process: your mind, technique and body reactions (there is much more, but those are important). So the idea is to kick off with the most basic routine possible.

—Take the time to take good clear pics. I’m so grateful that I did, now that I’ve grown a bit, they keep me from convincing myself that I’m crazy/ fooling myself. I often thing ‘nah i just measured wrong” or “Is not such a big difference” but then I look at the pics and shut myself up.

—Go slowly and steadily: This practice requires an uncommon form of long term thinking. Like Filling up a pool one bucket per day, and keeping the faith that its working.

—Don’t do too much. I’ve been doing well on 1 on 1 off, sneaking in 2 on when I FEEL i can handle it. I think the optimal cycle for this practice is: Well Rested Penis > Slightly Fatigued Penis > Well Rested Penis If you drive your penis into the ground with exaustion, he wont be your friend at all.

—Write out a goal vision for what you want, use adjectives you like:

I am proud and grateful that my cock is 7.5 x 6, bold, prominent and ready for action…etc.

In return for this I will ….do my training….listen to my body…i will be patient..etc

I will have my huge cock by (1 - 2 years from now) [feel it as you visualize ooooo yeah]

Read it every morning and night. It will program your mind to be on your side and help you not give up. This has helped me so much…

—I find contributing here also helps my motivation and knowledge of the nuance that exists in PE

—And of course make an excell spreadsheet Tracking: Your measurements (Not too often), Your training, Notes on how you felt, times/ durations of your training, I sum up all the minutes spent stretching/jelqing/ Bathmate and I seeing the total number of minutes and hours grow gameifys it for me and make it kinda fun. Much better that throwing untold minutes into the void…

Is it normal that after stretching and jelqing my dick feels a little fatigued, but after 10 or so minutes it feels like I didn’t do anything? I just feel like I should be feeling it more

No, this isn’t Crossfit. Your dick shouldn’t feel like a limp noodle after your workouts. If you feel it for a while but the fatigue goes away, that’s good. Otherwise you could be injuring yourself or stalling your gains.

I’ve just been doing Basic and rotary stretches here and there for a few minutes daily for 3 months now with no gains. I haven’t been nearly as consistent with the timing and reps of my stretches recently because I am seeing no results. My dick also points nearly straight up while standing if I am hard, and points forward/slightly down while non erect. Does this mean anything for my stretches? I’d like to eventually point straighter rather than up.

With this information, what exercises would you recommend for me to gain length? Something more advanced?
