SD stretch, maybe 10 minutes per day.
Ulis(1min x 10) before extending,

I feel better expansioin after doing Kegels for only one week, It’s almost 48h since last uli set and my penis is still somehow fatter than before.

In the first month of PE, I have gained 0.5” in BPEL and 0.2” in (lost). I doubt in my length gains because a half inch is too much for one month, but I didn’t lose that half inch when I stopped PE. The break was 18 months long, so I don’t know what to tell you about my experience. I think you should continue with PE once you hit your goal to cement gains, like 1h extending daily.

If you extended 1000h so far then you should try hanging, that’s my plan or maybe deconditioning.

Well, I will test that theory, which might be spot on. I am currently approaching 1200 hours and my current goal is not even measurement based. It’s to reduce the tension at my current extender set up through growth, we shall see.

Wow 1200h it must be hard to be that much consistent. If you never hanged before than you should try hanging because you will gain faster and +0.5” is possible so that would be 7.75” which is enough to cement 7.5”.

I have been using the extender for almost 2.5 years, so even with a few extended breaks, I have accumulated these hours.

My current challenge with hanging is the standing in one place time commitment required, 90+ minute sessions. I do believe hanging is in my future, but possibly not my near future. If anything I will push the limits of how far I can go with just the extender. If I can’t get to my length goal with it, then I might just need to transition to hanging sooner than later.

While I so want more girth, I’m going to resist transitioning to a routine that also includes intensive girth work until I get at least closer to my length goal.

Speaking of consistency, you seem to be doing quite well on that front 918!

Oh I didn’t know that you are doing hanging, then keep up that way. Well you are only 0.25” from your goal(if your goal is 7.5” BPEL) so it should be achievable. Since you are doing this for 2.5 years on and off, I need to ask you if you have experienced bigger gains after a decon break?

Girth should be easy to gain, at least compared to length from my experience.

I have applied decons, but I’m still trying to understand their full value.

Some guy on reddit was doing like 2h hanging and extendig as much as possible. He gained more than inch after 9 months. I guess you will also get those results if you have time for PE.

What was your experience from AM?

I practiced the AM exclusively for 34 days, 29 total hours divided between BE and PR. I did not follow the diet.

No gains, but it felt great. I think it is great for blood flow and penis health.

I don’t think anyone has yet realized the initial stated result of a 45% increase in volume within 45 days or even close to that since its release; however, at this point I could be wrong about that.

There are many who are fully vested in this method so I will look to them to demonstrate where the AM exactly fits in the world of PE.
