That’s what I have read, but jelqing is also good for blood flow from my experience.

I'm starting again

After several months without PE I have decided to start again with extending /hanging. During the last 100h I didn’t gain anything, maybe because I wasn’t dedicated and consistent as before(first 400h). By the way, I have gained 1/8" during the break, more about that here:

I’ll try to gain length with the same amount of force as before because it looks like I can still gain with 1 - 1.5kg, but this time I will be using a heating pad. I’ll not try to add more girth because I want length first. Off course, I’ll continue with programming for fun.

By the way, my improvised hanger/extender is perfect. I don’t know why people don’t use this.
