A couple more thoughts in re: being short of time:

If you get a good seal with the tube - it has to be fairly tight - it can hold vacuum for a long time. If you get a tube with a quick disconnect, you can uncouple and multitask - fold clothes, do dishes, whatever needs to be done. Use an egg timer or phone app to alert you when you hit your time limit.

Lots of clampers multitask. And, since you already have most of the hardware, you might look into "all day stretcher" or "all-night stretcher."

Some guys move about when hanging, but unless you’re extremely tolerant of vacuum spikes, it’s pretty much limited to compression hanging.

It has been a long ass time since I have been around. My life has been absolutely hectic in terms of work. I am just sitting here doing my first hanging session in forever it seems. Consistency is not coming back into my life yet, but the future will bring it back eventually. Just need to get through this patch.

Once upon a time I would have said something about balancing work vs. life time, or something like that. In the current economic situation, socking away what you can while you still have a job looks absolutely reasonable. Try not to work yourself into the ground, though.

Consistency is good, but realistically you take what opportunities you have.

Hey old friend. Hope all is well. unfortunately right now an ADS will not work out for me, I am way way too active for it. Hanging again tonight though while I work on some side projects at home. My gosh. This long decon really works wonders for bringing back sensitivity to your member. Using the same weights I used in the starting periods, and sore as heck! I was going to look into Ultrasound therapy, but I do not have the time quite yet.

I’ve need to review Kyrpa’s threads on that again. We have a bunch of people doing it, but only a few doing progress reports. Being a total gear whore, I’ve had to manfully resist the urge to buy the equipment and join the crowd.

Hello there. I am sorry for the delay in my response. I have not been around in a while. I am now back for good, I have opened up the next 6 months of my life. Quitting porn was pretty intense, and one of the most difficult things you can take on. I am a believer in the whole NoFap/ Semen Retention movement, but after a few years of sitting back and observing, I have come to the conclusion that these things are similar to most other things in life. They work better for some than they do for others, and some people will have no use at all in engaging in these activities. It is a journey that unfortunately I will be starting from scratch yet again. And also basically my hanging journey, I am now here and present. Chat soon.
