board.lore says to stop PE completely, or you’re defeating the purpose of a deconditioning break. There’s a lot of anecdotal evidence, and people have linked to research papers supporting the idea.

If you decide to do a decon, it doesn’t mean you have to sit in front of the TV eating Doritos. You can work on your balls if that’s your thing, or pursue women, or use the time in the gym, or study; you’ve developed the habit of blocking out a certain amount of time for PE; repurpose that time, don’t just let it evaporate into ‘whatever’. Making and keeping a schedule is one of the most common problems people report when doing PE.
