So yeah guys I am going to be taking a 1.5 week decon from hanging while the lady is here. The timing does line up well for me being due for one anyways. And to be honest, I think I may need one. I really feel like this past week since I stepped up the weight a little bit, I haven’t been feeling like I was getting more results, and this was from just a small increase in weight. One of the recent changes was that I am now using the Total Man sleeve, and it is giving me a way better stretch and sore feeling from the same weight I was previously using with crappy sleeves.

So after my decon I plan to return with my previous weight for 2-3 weeks, and see where I am at. I was only able to hit that 6.5” BPEL one time, I hope in the next 3 months to make that my regular measurement. See you guys soon!

Well fellas I am back, and I had a great week with the woman. She is gone now, sadly, but it’s alright. My penis is quite sore from all the activity we engaged in. I also got to have her helping edge me while clamped, which was a great experience. I will be back to my hanging protocol that I was using before slightly increasing the weights, as I did feel it was working before that.

2.12 lbs cold 3 mins
2.65 lbs cold 3 mins
3.18 lbs cold 3 mins
3.71 lbs heat 30 mins
4.24 lbs heat 30 mins
4.77 lbs cold 10 mins

I finished up a session today, and I seriously feel the stretch and soreness. I see no reason to increase weights and rush this great process. My goal for the next 8 weeks is to be more focused on positive PIs than just numbers on a ruler. I will not be measuring until May.

No she did not. It went really well. She is really open. The reason I decided to be open with her was for 2 reasons, the big one was hearing the stories of guys here who are open with their women, and how much better it is. The second is that me and her have always had good sex, and she is always expressing how much she enjoys my body, so I have that initial trust and comfort built. Life is good for now.

Pre 18cm
Post 18.6 cm

Giving a strain percentage of 3.33

So I will hang for another day and up the weight next week.

Hey guys. I decided to NOT up the weight. My PIs have been fantastic lately. I was wondering if anyone would be able to comment on hanging angles. I am hanging SD or BTC since I started, Is it a good idea to switch to OTS or OTL every once in a while? I may try. The top of my member is sore.

If your PI are great and the routine works as is why would you change it?

I guess I am getting in that state of mind again to want results. But, I can see my length VERY SLOWLY creeping up every little while on that ruler. I also just landed a new job that will allow me to continue this hobby uninterrupted for a few more years which is cool. You are correct though, why change it.

In my opinion that’s the hardest part and we will all struggle with it.
Not letti’g small increments progress mess with our mind and long term plans.

For example, i knew i was due to decon following bad PI and odd measurements.
but it’s only after 5.5squared reminded me that it’s long journey that i accepted the break.
Sometimes i go back to read his progress log, also reading the dates, then I’m at peace lol.

As you state as long as it work, no rush and you will eventually have a big dick

Okay today I used the help of pornography to measure, and wow. I think PE actually works. I was sitting at a normal hard erection of 6.5” BPEL, and I hit a measurement of 6.75” BPEL at MAX EQ. Damn. This stuff actually works. Legitimately. Wow. I am so excited for the future. I think that decon break must have really worked some magic or something. Either way, I am real happy camper today.

I actually have never even seen it close to 6.75” BPEL before. I knew from all the postings here and elsewhere online that obviously PE is not fake but. Wow.
